Unfortunately, it was located at their Hershey dealership, and we weren't sure how difficult it would be to get it transferred. I submitted an inquiry to the Duncannon location, and Jason Kramer contacted us almost immediately on Monday. From that first conversation, his customer service was outstanding. He offered to arrange for the truck to be brought from Hershey to Duncannon, have it cleaned and ready, and schedule a test drive for Alexandra after work on Tuesday. When we arrived Tuesday evening, Jason had everything prepared and even placed a hold tag on the truck so no one else could purchase it before Alexandra had a chance to see it. That level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail meant so much to us. Alexandra was especially excited about the Ford Maverick Hybrid because of its impressive fuel economy. Finding a truck that combines practicality, comfort, and great gas mileage isn't easy, and Jason helped make that dream a reality. His knowledge and dedication gave us confidence that she was making the right choice. The test drive went great, we completed the paperwork, and Alexandra picked up her truck Thursday evening after work. I discovered a 300 at Frey Dodge in Lewistown Pa! 160 miles away. Amid the Covid 19 crisis I began corresponding with Roberta (Bobby) at the dealership via email. She was very responsive and accommodating, since I had "many" questions about the car along with request for photo's trying to make sure I wasn't wasting my time traveling 160 miles. The dealership was able to make me feel confident that the car was worth the trip and purchase and even negotiated on the price. So, 160 miles later, I met Bobby, who was professional, polite and friendly. I purchased the car and was done with the transaction in 30 mins. As I was walking out of the door the owner came out and thanked me for the purchase and trusting them with such a long drive. Drove 1 hour, only to be greeted by someone telling us the car was sold! I talked to these idiots over the phone twice. Received texts from them twice. Messaged them as we pulled out of our driveway. All I got was "sorry". Sorry doesn't give me 2 hours back, doesn't refuel my gas tank! Based on what we saw there, it's all garbage clapped out crap that no one should waste their money on. Run far away from these morons if you value your money. Bad business..... if you want to call it that.
