My wife and I ask Melissa to arrange a short trip for us to the Kennedy Space Center. Since I had no clue about anything in the Titusville, Florida area nor the best way to see the Space Center and a launch we depended on Melissa to do it all and she did. Our hotel was just outside the Space Center. It could not have been more convenient. She arranged our tickets to the Space Center and our accommodations with the tours included.
