**Sorry for the long review, but it's worth the read**…read more Where do I start. I decided to book with uniglobe due to the high ratings and the costumer satisfaction with Miriam. My husband and I were planning our 10 year vowel renewal in St. Lucia. 3 weeks after collecting our deposits to use their services Miriam decided to walk away from the company to start her own travel agency. At this point all invitations were sent to 60+ guest who were contacting Miriam. I was told I would be working with Denise who would assure that my guest would be forwarded to her through Miriam's email. After service family and friends reaching out to tell us how they were unable to make deposits or payments, we were then told that Denise was ill and was having issues with completing the work task. At this time we are a few months into the process, and begin to get frustrated as our guest continued to voice concerned. After several weeks of decrease communication we were told that Denise would not be able to complete our travel needs so we needed to work with a Brian. At this point this is 3 different agents we are working with, and things begin to get confusing, in addition to emails not being answered, phone calls not returned, etc. At this point we decided to cancel our entire vacation and renewal. I was devastated. I had spent so much time and energy thinking and planning how I wanted to celebrate this time with family and friends. I decided to email the company's CEO Elizabeth McCormick, who set up a zoom and listened to our grievances. We were told they would attempt to get our money refunded, and for a month we continue to get delayed responses on how they would make this right. I decided to call funjet who they use to book vacations and was told Uniglobe had never called to request any refunds. I received a fraction of the money I spent on a travel credit, family and friends money lost, and no renewal planned. I was told by others who have used this company that they spend their time working on bigger contracts such as OSU. I am extremely disappointed in this company, and was eager to spend money with a female minority owned business. Spend your dollar how you want, but good businesses do right by ALL their clients. I do not recommend this company or the agents who work for them.

I was given multiple options and told I should tell them what I like and dislike about each. After going back and forth multiple times (even finding my own options) we settled on a spot that was perfect. It was a few grand over my budget (which was already pretty large) and I was skeptical. I did my own research and found the exact trip for lower. After expressing my concerns to the owner, i was met with a nasty email, in my opinion, and after being extremely dissatisfied, I went to right a review. It was crazy to me that I had such a bad experience, yet they only have 4-5 star reviews. After writing a review from my opinion, I received a bullying email from the owner that said " You made a serious accusation against one of our agents that in many companies would have resulted in their termination. We asked for documentation that you've refused to provide. The review that you've posted about our company is blatantly untrue. If you have not removed, it within the next 30 minutes the next correspondence you'll receive will be from my attorney. Making a false review is not something you're permitted to do. It is, in fact, worse than what you're accusing Erica of doing. I am not going to debate this with you. I have taken a screenshot and forward it to our attorney." I was simply stating how I felt, however the owner took this and became very aggressive. I now understand why the reviews did not match up to my own experience.
