They vacuumed up some of the radio & climate control knobs on my 2011 Lincoln MKZ. They ordered replacements but could not get the right radio power on/off knob even after I gave them my cars VIN number. They did a great job on my window tint. It took a few hours but the car looked awesome. They explained how the tint worked (I got the ceramic one that blocks out 95% of UV rays). It's not the shade of tint but the glue that makes the tint so effective. I got the 70% light on my front windows (which is legal in CA) and 20% on my back windows. There was some "rippling" and distortion on my windows when I first got it but I was told the windows needed to cure and they would go away. A day later those distortions were gone and I see everything clearly now. I love the tint! I love the privacy. read more

I decided to get my car detailed here after doing some research. My car has been through A LOT with my toddler, who is a very playful and messy snacker, and my dog. My car seats were quite colorful with food caked on, drink spills, dirt, sand and zinc sunblock. I stopped even trying to keep it clean after awhile. My car is a 2019 outback but I was already of dreaming of getting a new car because my car was so filthy and smelly. For Mother's Day I told my husband I just want a clean car so I looked around for a place to take my car. I got pretty high quotes but this place was very reasonable, the owner jokingly said he wish he checked my car before giving me a quote because it was THAT dirty. Not only was the price very decent, they took my car in the next day. My car is SPOTLESS. I didn't think it was possivle, I have actually attempted to scrub some of the sunblock and food off myself and nothing worked. I still don't understand how they could've completely gotten all of the smells out of my car. Its like magic to me. I realized Having your car clean is not a luxury, it's really a must! I feel so much better after having my car clean again. I told my husband we might have to Keep my sons car seat in his car because I don't want to drive in the car we had before. Mario understood my price range and tried his best to stay within it (only a bit over). I trusted him to give the interior and exterior the works in order to prepare the vehicle to looks its best to sell. The inside looked completely restored and shampooed completely. I scheduled my appointment on 9/9 for 9/14 at 2:00. My husband and I took time off work so that I could drop the car off and not have to wait. I arrived a few minutes early to find the manager wasn't there as he went to drop off a car from what I was told. The person that was there working on the cars told me he would be back in 10-15 minutes. I reached out to the owner to see what was going on via Yelp and she said there was a miscommunication with the technician and would need to reschedule me. Unfortunately her availability wasn't convenient for me as I scheduled around my sons school schedule. So it's very disappointing that the appointment wasn't confirmed with me, if it had been maybe there wouldn't have been a miscommunication. The only positive was that the owner was responsive when I reached out to her to schedule the appointment and regarding the issue today. read more
