This person that I dealt with either does not like me or she needs to be talked to on maybe getting to work earlier to set up so she does not leave paying customers outside. BTW. There's compression therapy which is great for extra blood flow; so that covers people who are over using certain body parts as well as under using. Massage gun and stretching. If you consider yourself a living person, you need this every one in a while. They do a great job in making sure you're stretched out and feeling good. You WILL feel better after this. If you consider yourself an athlete, you might even need to come here every couple months or more frequently depending on how intense your training is. THIS IS THEIR BEST SERVICE. Don't be a fool and ignore aching joints, tendons, and over tensed muscles. Go there, get a day pass. Try everything out and see what made and impact on you, then you'll realize you probably need to be going there more often.
