In short: great customer service, affordable prices, high quality product…read more I've ordered many different materials from several different landscape supply companies over the last few years. Every order with Bob has gone perfectly. He's a thoughtful/helpful/patient guy to deal with whether you're a pro or a DIY homeowner like me. I've shopped around for black dirt, mulch, compost, gravel and paver base, and his prices are very competitive, anything you find at a cheaper price somewhere else is lower quality. His products are always top notch - clean and high quality. The delivery guys are always on time (or a bit early) and they're good at dumping in the right spot. Order from someone else and you'll overpay, get bad customer service or bad product. Stick with Bob.

Exceeded our expectations! Unfortunately we had some fairly…read moreextensive water damage in our kitchen due to a leak in our water line to our fridge. This leaked behind our fridge and into our wood floors for weeks before the water level was high enough to puddle. We had a specific wood type that we were hoping to replicate. Thankfully Unique Wood Floors carried that same wood type. After my initial call, their project manager Jim contacted us to schedule a visit. We had our estimate less than a day after our visit. We stopped by their showroom in St. Paul and spoke with Michael who helped us view the flooring we were interested in. We placed our order for our flooring. Within a few weeks we were contacted for our installation. Our installer was named Al. More like super Al! Al tore out our old flooring which looked to be a very tough job. He then installed our new floor. As Al was wrapping up, first he swept the floor, then he was back down on his hand and knees with a towel wiping our floor clean. Wow. Talk about commitment. We were also impressed that Jim stopped out to check on the progress, then again after the install was completed to make sure everything looked good. Not only did it look good, we felt it looked great! I have to admit, I am very particular about how things look and our floor really looks great. Thank you to the team at Unique Wood Floors who made this whole process very impressive.
