Asked for a $150 more on top of the $650 I was quoted, which was fine because it was a big job and $650 was already by far the best deal I'd found. I fed him lunch and coffee and water. I wouldn't hesitate to have these dudes back.

I have had several individuals mow for me over the years and reliability has heretofore been a serious issue; however, I can always count on Dave. He is very businesslike - shows up, mows, and leaves. He only mows and to my knowledge does not do any other yard work . He keeps the mower height at the correct value to avoid scalping my grass. I like to have a nice looking yard but dislike mowing and maintaining a mower so having someone like Dave do it for me is wonderful. His rates are very reasonable. If you are looking for some one to mow for you, Dave is a fantastic choice.

The other went North breaking another neighbor's fence, clipping their garage and smashing a section of rain gutter. Both limbs were 12 " in diameter from the break and 40-50 ft long. Arbor Barber had been on our block previously doing some work for a neighbor and they did a great job. I gave them a call and Tim, the head guy, was able to stop by that afternoon to assess the job and give us a bid. We were so happy to learn he could get it done the next day. The team arrived the next morning and knocked out the project before Noon. They had to remove the debris by hand as we didn't have any easy access for equipment. They were so respectful and tidy. The neighbor's yards looked as good as new, minus the damage to the fences. We highly Arbor Barber!

He also quoted me a very reasonable fee to remove the tree in case it does not survive the damage. We hired him to trim our 2 trees in the front yard last year, and were very impressed. Not real complicated but I did notice during our walk around he didnt take any notes at all. At the end of the discussion he said $1000 to do the job, I asked "what does that include?" and he said "everything that was discussed". Being an HOA the business office came back to me and said the bill that received was $1200. Not real happy with the 20% added on, but wanted the work done soon so reluctantly went ahead. Bob said the Oak limb needed to be removed during the late fall and it was March 2017 at the time but he promised up and down that he would complete the job since we live in the same neighborhood and his relative Larry B was on the HOA Board. I contacted him many times to get the Oak limb removed and he said he would come back to finish but blew it off instead. Over charged and under delivered, wont do business with him again-
