Alissa was wonderful and I highly recommend asking for her. She took me to three different racks of dresses, picking out ones that tailored to my taste, as well as others she thought would compliment my figure. But most importantly, before each rack, she let me know the price range of the dresses. Countless times I had tried on dresses and fell in love with them, only to find out they were way out of my budget. I ended up choosing the first dress I tried on, one that Alissa personally picked for me and I couldn't be happier. My dress arrived within a week, and I am already happy with how the first fitting turned out. They also have a selection of hand painted dresses that are really beautiful. I came in a couple months ago weighing a lot more than I did when I got my tux. I explained to "Sal" my situation and that I was due to have surgery and getting in and fitted would be difficult. He didn't hesitate one second and took my measurements and said "come see me on Halloween. I said are you sure, is that enough time? He said don't worry, leave it to me." So I came in about 100 lighter and about five sizes smaller... and BAM... Sal nailed it! He says come back next week; and I did... and the man had looking like I came out of a magazine GQ! But my story doesn't stop there. My son, who was Koumbaro (Best Man) to his brother, got his tuxedo from another outlet with all the Groomsmen. His tux was a disaster. Jacket did not fit at all properly. The vest was a "bib". The shoes were way too tight. They told him he looked fine, but truth be told, they did not have the means to make a fuller sized man look the part. They lacked the expertise in my opinion to do it right. The wedding was less than a week away!! I reached out to Sal. My son went to him directly from the other store. Sal took one look at him... did not even measure him... said; " put this jacket on, put these pants on... try these shoes on... hold on a minute... ok, give me the shirt from the other place... a little adjustment to the sleeves of the jacket and BOOM PERFECT!!!" Sal... YOU ARE THE KING!!! I still paid that other store full price. But I would never go there again because there were many problems with the other grooms-men's tux's, but my son... he was just awesome in a much classier outfit. If you're looking for price... go shopping. If you're looking for "the best quality and service", (and a pretty good price too)... ho to Tony's Tuxedo and see Sal. A small shop, personal one on one service, fine quality and it's refreshing to not see "computers and technology" all over the damn place and just see someone that knows what he's doing and how to treat his customers.
