In addition, office lady quoted one thing and then billed higher given we had to replace battery but this was not the price that was calculated when the tech came out. He said since we aren't servicing an oil change, it would be less. But their office disagreed and told us a higher amount after. Regardless, miscommunication on pricing and no follow through on further radiator quote we were supposed to receive.

We rented a cement mixer on Friday Feb 22, we wanted the cement mixer for one day only and were…read moretold to return it on Monday morning since they're closed on the weekends. We signed the rental agreement and opted for the additional insurance just Incase to be safe. $50 for the mixer and other $24 for the additional Insurance and tax as clearly stated on our rental agreement. This place charged us $700 dollars!!! The guy who worked there didn't know what he was doing and ran the card over and over again and actually joked about "Hope it doesn't charge you multiple times". He assured us it would not. When we returned the mixer the guy who unhooked it let it slam into our tailgate not only denting it but leaving an orange scratch on our grey truck! (The cement mixer was orange, so no denying that one) This place is full of incompetent people who don't give a crap about anything! DO NOT ever use this place. Home Depot charges about 10% more, I would say totally worth it! I would never recommend this place to anyone!
