Waited about 15 minutes before "Carlos" took my receipt to retrieve my metal. I was standing there before several other customers arrived with their receipts. They handed their receipts to other dudes, but not to Carlos Well, those dudes all came and went with their purchases while I still waited. I asked Carlos how long it would take, he said he had to get the metal from the back area because they didn't have any up front. He then proceeded to cut metal (not mine) on the saw there. After waiting 45 minutes and still no metal, I asked Carlos for my receipt back and went back inside for refund. A manager asked what the issue was, he checked the product and time on the receipt and then said he'd handle it. He went out to the yard, said some stuff on his radio and within 5 minutes, he came back with my metal and apologized for the wait and poor service from Carlos. Time is money and Carlos could care less. Anyhow, quite annoying but glad I found the manager and he solved the issue.

The building is very clean and well maintained and purchasing gas was seamless. Mike and another employee even helped carry my tanks to my car which was such a nice treat! Exceptional service!! While I was waiting for my tanks to be filled Mike totally blessed me and made me a cup of coffee and directed me to his wide assortment of snacks. I was blown away at the thoughtfulness! When I asked what the snacks were for he said he likes to have them for customers to enjoy while they wait for their tanks to be filled! He definitely takes service up major notches.
