The Real Deal: A Master Armorer and Licensed Manufacturer If…read moreyou are a serious shooter looking for a retail gun salesman to validate casual assumptions, go somewhere else. Sherif is a master armorer, plain and simple--he is not rated "E" for Everyone, and there is a massive difference between a gun seller and a true professional. A true armorer views firearms as critical, life-saving machines, not generic merchandise to be casually pushed across a glass counter. He does not suffer ignorance or inflated egos because in this field, shortcuts and lack of technical knowledge lead directly to mechanical failure when it matters most. When I first walked into his shop back in 2019, I made a joke about an anti-cheap-gun sign on his door and played dumb, acting like I knew absolutely nothing. Sherif looked me dead in the eye and told me to get out. I laughed; he didn't. I looked right back at him, dropped the act, and stated exactly why I was there for a concealed carry platform: to eliminate, beyond a reasonable doubt, any life-threatening opportunity to intentionally harm innocents. The moment he realized I was serious, his demeanor shifted. He recognized the baseline of absolute intent, and we have shared mutual respect ever since. Sherif is a rock-solid, tripod-stable professional. For anyone throwing around the "race card" in online reviews, I literally laughed out loud. The man is Egyptian, massive in stature, and incredibly deep-grained in his craft. There is zero color barrier at MAGA Arms / KAG Arms--there is only a knowledge barrier. If you want to do business here, do your research, kick tires at your local range, and know what you want before stepping through his door. His credentials and capability are unmatched in the state. Operating under a Federal Firearms License (FFL) 07 Manufacturer license and Class 2 SOT, he isn't limited like a standard gun shop; he has the engineering mastery and federal clearance to expertly and legally work through complex firearm configurations to ensure everything he handles is fully compliant with MA sale and usage laws. Furthermore, he is the only dealer in Massachusetts where I can consistently find premium Black Hills ammunition. Beyond the serious exterior is a man who genuinely cares about the future of the community. Years after our first meeting, I brought my son into the shop with me and showed Sherif his range time videos. Sherif completely opened up, smiled, and even with a room full of waiting customers, took the time to bring out special hardware just to let my son try it. Seeing my son's eyes light up, you could tell Sherif was just as enamored with the kid's passion for the sport as we were. He treats this craft as a serious business because lives depend on it, but he has a massive heart for anyone who approaches it with the sincerity it deserves. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

My first & possibly only time getting to go here since I'm moving and after looking for a new place…read moresince Bob's closed, this place did not disappoint! Joseph Rufiange and his team-personable, professional & likable I have met in a long time! Not gun snobs or know-it-all's like I've experienced with other places that shall remain nameless! The facility is quite spacious and very clean and the atmosphere is great! Up-to-date lanes and plenty of room to just enjoy yourself! Hope to get there again some other day in the future! Joe and team - don't ever change!!!

Tense, hostile and rude environment. We get it : guns go bang bang and dangerous. And You're busy…read more But you literally feel more welcome checking in to a prison. Thats how it feels here. Ever watched Seinfeld's "Soup Nazi"? Well if he was this shops Asian American manager and rangemaster vs an Armenian American, that's how you are made to feel. I was literally thrown out of the shop by this guy after CALMY telling him to be PATIENT as I was looking for my drivers license and FFL info while making an $800+ purchase and spent $200 at the range. I'm 55 and have NEVER been thrown out of ANYWHERE in my life. The customers around me were frankly as shocked and stunned as I was. I never raised my voice. The manager himself let him get run away angry for my suggesting he needs to calm down. This place is ESPECIALLY hostile if you are from out of state. How many times was I barked at for my license to carry and had to explain - again - that I'm out of state and looking to do a purchase and FFL transfer. Guys, if you don't want out of state buyers in your store, just Say so on your website or put a sign out on the front door. Because that's the message you're Staff is giving. You're not special. Anyone can click to buy on your website or 1000 other websites. We come to your store, it's because we want to see the products in person and I made the effort to come there for that reason. If you do not want that business to say so in advance, don't waste our collective time. Contrast all of this was my experience just the day before at the Sig Sauer Experience Center in New Hampshire. Extremely friendly and informative. Actively encouraged me to purchase at local gun shops. Which I tried to do here in gratitude for being allowed to test 2 firearms which I was then prepared to buy. But then tossed out of the store for having the temerity to politely ask for patience and respect from the manager! I was respectful of all their many rules and requirements. I was not treated reciprocally. Lastly, I allowed almost a week after sending a calm and considerate Email to the store owner detailing my experience and receiving no response. I'm not the kind of guy who just runs to Google or Yelp to leave one star reviews. They've had full opportunity to at least acknowledge receipt, which they have not I'm a small business owner and manager. If a shop has a problem like this, it all stems from on high. Because the owner establishes the tone of the store or condones bad behavior. Joe : you have a problem here. You need to step up and address it. Everyone can appreciate that Firearms can be dangerous and lethal. However, that does not condone Creating a tense And unwelcoming environment. Because that's what you feel when you come into this place. You can see it on everybody's face who's a client in there as well, Especially those people in line waiting to either check in or check out of the range. Of the five of your employees I dealt with, only one seemed to have any sense of warmth towards clients. Given your inability to even respond to constructive criticism, You also need to take a moment To consider how you are enabling this behavior.
