I also ran into a friend here recently who plays for a volleyball team that practices at the facility regularly and he said it was worth the drive for him as well. Pro-tip for parents: there is a quiet area by the snack bar with free WiFi that works great if you need to catch up on emails. The only downside is that the snack bar is rarely open on weekday afternoons, so don't count on grabbing a coffee or snack here during your child's practice. It's likely that those amenities operate when there is a crowd of spectators for an actual event. Since I'm not a member, I haven't tried the gym, but the sports layout is fantastic. I wish there were facilities like this in the Kingston-Plymouth area. For us this is a 60 mile trek several times a week!

There are basketball courts, a baseball field, 2 tennis courts and a pretty nice playground overlooking the beach and ocean. It's a fantastic place to take a kayak out or do some fishing. There a slightly rocky beach that gradually goes into the ocean. This is clearly a local spot and even though it is less than 5 minutes from Plymouth Rock it was nearly empty on a Sunday afternoon. It's pet friendly and there were multiple dogs jumping in the ocean and running around. There are also some restrooms if needed. There was no parking fee either.
