He was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them. They showed me various options on what to do but they were very expensive. I chose the most basic option because all I needed was a spring replaced. If you're not careful, you could spend thousands of dollars on your garage door. Other than that and that they charge an extra fee for credit card purchases, I highly recommend this company for your garage door repair.

Not having the time to repair myself, i sought out a reputable garage door repair service. The first conpany quoted ne $850 for replacement of entire opener and drive rail system. That seemed qyite high, so i reached out to Dutchess Overhead Doors. So glad I did! Jessica was terrific and very accomadating to all my questions. The price without viewing in person was approx. $550, much more on line i thought. They called the very next day and said they have an available time to come immediatly, instead of waiting a week, so I said sure. The technician, Dave Johnson, was also terrific. He was polite, explained everything he was doing, examined the existing installation and was very professional and efficient. Just an overall pleasant experience from the whole team.
