I LOVE NAVA!!! If…read moreyou're not signed up with their membership what are you waiting for!? This is 100% an amazing thing you can do for your body! I LOVE doing their acupuncture -- it really helps with relaxation! What really drew me to them was how quick they are, they never make you wait and will have you IN and OUT in minutes! At your initial consultation they do a comprehensive blood analysis to help you better understand your body and what it needs/lacks! I recommend NAVA to EVERYONE!

I enrolled in a one-year membership for myself and my husband on February 28, 2025. From the start, there were problems. Prices were increased without any notice--I only discovered this at the time of my appointment. I was also promised doctor-led reviews after bloodwork, which never occurred; instead, I only spoke briefly with a nurse practitioner and received generic recommendations. Additionally, after each visit, there was consistent pressure to purchase expensive add-ons, often supported by concerning claims such as exaggerated food intolerances, "gut permeability," or potential Lyme disease, which felt more like sales tactics than objective medical guidance. More concerning is a pattern of improper charges. I was repeatedly billed for "free" monthly IM booster shots and had to call every time to dispute the charges, often spending 20+ minutes just to reach someone. These recurring, unauthorized charges raise serious concerns about their billing practices. On February 3, 2026, Nava contacted me stating that our memberships had already expired, which was incorrect, as I clearly signed up on February 28, 2025. On that same call, I explicitly declined the offer to renew. Despite this, both memberships were still charged. Only one membership was fully refunded; the other was partially refunded. Nava claims I "used services" on February 28, 2026; however, on February 20 I was told to reschedule my February 21 appointment due to provider illness. I immediately rescheduled to the next available Saturday, February 28--the only day I could attend due to work and travel. This delay was entirely caused by Nava, and I should not be penalized for accepting the only option provided after my membership had ended. After reviewing other complaints, this reflects a broader pattern of billing and service issues. I am requesting a full refund of the remaining $200 and written confirmation that my membership is canceled with no further charges.

For those who are interested but not quite sure what Drip IV is--IV Hydration Therapy is a treatment where fluids and electrolytes are administered directly into your bloodstream for immediate absorption. A specially formulated drip of nutrients, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and sometimes medication can be added to the infusion catering to your specific needs. GlowRx IV Drip Bar has seven different formulas you can pick from and has the ability to add on a 500ml bag of saline for just an additional $40.00 (an amazing deal). If you have not yet tried IV Hydration, this establishment would be a great place to start! Both are willing to answer all questions you may have and are filled with endless amounts of knowledge on the formulas. I never leave negative reviews, but my experience was extremely frustrating due to repeated…read morescheduling issues and a lack of respect for my time. I purchased a Groupon for a lymphatic massage and scheduled an appointment. On the morning of my appointment, I received a text message stating that the therapist was ill and could not make my 5:30 PM appointment. However, I was immediately offered a 10:00 AM appointment the next day. Since there were no other therapists available, I had to rearrange my schedule to accommodate the change. The following day, 2 hours before my rescheduled appointment, I received another message asking to move the appointment an hour later because the therapist would not make it on time. Although inconvenient, I agreed. When I arrived for the rescheduled appointment, the building was completely locked and there was no one there. After calling the number that had been texting me, I was told the therapist was running 15 minutes behind due to a "family emergency". At that point, after multiple last-minute changes, delays, waste of gas, I felt that my time was simply not being respected. Emergencies happen, and most clients can be understanding of occasional scheduling issues. However, repeated cancellations, rescheduling requests, and delays over the course of 2 days created a very disappointing experience. Unfortunately, this has resulted in the loss of a potential long-term customer and any future referrals I could've provided.

After I authorized a one-time payment of $1,700 in June 2025, this merchant illegally stored my card data (a major PCI compliance violation) and proceeded to run NINE unauthorized charges totaling $7,970.00 without my consent or presence. Worse, when caught, the merchant made an insulting, paper-thin attempt to cover their tracks--claiming to have refunded over $5,100 in CASH within a 4-minute window on March 2, 2026. This is a physical and logical impossibility, as I was not even present. It is a brazen, transparent lie manufactured to trick my bank into thinking I was "double dipping" on a refund, severely hurting my credibility during the dispute process. If you have ever swiped your card here, check your statements immediately. I have filed formal reports for wire fraud and PCI-DSS violations with law enforcement and the relevant financial institutions. Do not trust this business with your financial information. I waited entirely too long to post this review because Yolanda kept stringing me along for over 6 months. At this point, both my business and personal credit scores have been severely damaged because of this situation. I am done. It was all talk and no action, and she dragged this out far too long.

First of all, when you walk into the facility, you'll feel like you're walking into some magical place! The aesthetics are welcoming! Think bright, white, soft, and clean. It gives doctor's office, but in a good sense. I came in today for the inBody Scan. Several of my work colleagues have had one done and spoke to the benefits. My partner also had one and when I saw her printed results I was curious. So, I'm here to get one myself. It was pretty quick. You speak with a clinician/nurse to go over your medical background and discuss the reason you came to see them. That part could be short or long depending on YOU. Next we went into another room for the actual scan. You wipe your feet and the palms of your hands before standing on the 'scanner'. It gave me bodyfat scale vibes. I have one at home and you stand on it barefoot to get your weight and body fat. Anyway, you're instructed on how to stand on the machine and..... Walah! It's done! Your results are printed, explained, and discussed. Good info. It was much of what I had already expected, but I'm really here for the blood panel! My job give us (well, it's actually a requirement) an annual medical exam so I know a lot of my history, but I'll admit, these metrics are a bit deeper. You can also scan a QR code on the results page to get more detailed information. I haven't done that yet, but will! Next, they have an on-site lab (Quest Diagnostics) to draw blood. THIS is what I'm interested in. They'll do a full panel. And when I say FULL-PANEL, I'm talking 100 vials of blood panel. HA! Not really, but that's what it felt like. So make sure you're hydrated before your appointment or they wont be able to draw the amount of blood they need. But yeah, it'll be more vials than your average blood draw. Don't panic though, you'll be fine. And that was it. I'M SO EXCITED for my follow-up appointment to go over the results of my blood draw. Oh, and I left with goodies! They gave me T-shirts. And these are GOOD T-shirts. I wore one later that day. It's that soft material that I like in my shirts. Very good marketing. Oh, and chapstick! ROFLMAO. I took several because I'm a chapstick hoarder. Anywho, they have tons of services and I see myself sampling several of the options they offer. Check it out.

They delivered only one weeks supply of antibiotics but billed my health care provide for two deliveries. Before the delivery I was asked whether I agree to pay my copay. Of course, if I owe it. They charged $210 directly to my credit card. I began to suspect this was an unorthodox process. The copay would be determined by my insurance, if any. As I looked back to the earlier charge, no copay was due. Getting them to acknowledge this and reimburse me has been an ongoing hassle for a month. And by they way, when you call, if you call, expect the line to be busy much of the time. They claim I can now go on line to see my statements. Except, I cannot create an account. Sounds like their just getting their billing system up and running.

I never leave bad reviews on businesses and am not someone who is quick to complain…read more But dealing with Option Care Health was an extremely stressful, borderline traumatic experience. If you need a nurse, be prepared to spend all day calling them and leaving messages with absolutely no response. If you are told that the nursing staff will give you a call back, no they won't. This was not a one-time failure where maybe the phones were busy one day. It was a systemic, habitual failure to provide care or even minimally communicate with patients. My husband had a picc line following a septic infection to continue his IV antibiotics at home. The dressing protecting the picc line came off twice, exposing the picc line to any and every contaminant. The first time it happened, we couldn't reach anyone for two full days. Not one single person called us back. For two days. I finally directed the call to the pharmacy department instead and begged them to help us get in touch with someone. They successfully got an appointment somewhere far as hell from our home. I gave up on the nursing line. At one point I was told in a super callous tone by their answering service that if it's an emergency I need to take him to the emergency room. That's not acceptable. A wide open picc line exposed to all kinds of germs from people in the ER for several hours, when we are paying for home nursing care, is such an offensive and dangerous thing to suggest. I want to cry/scream thinking about the level of disregard that we experienced and that I'm sure others do too. The second time it happened, we called first thing in the morning around 8 am, no one called back (of course). BUT this time, a nurse just showed up randomly at around 4pm without ever confirming. She kept saying that she almost decided not to come over because traffic was bad, it was raining, and she wanted to go home, so that's why she didn't call us ahead of time to let us know she was coming. It was like a last minute decision to actually show up. LOL. She also didn't put any second layer of protection (no clear inside window or even that round thing that protects the entry wound) because she brought zero equipment with her like I mean we even had to supply the gloves and sanitizer. Also, no one showed up for the blood draw he was supposed to have despite that being scheduled over a week in advance. Again, no luck getting in touch with anyone on that, although a nurse did call and leave a message with my husband about scheduling the removal of the picc line (not the blood draw that he needed before then. That's right - they removed the picc line without having the blood draw results to confirm his blood was actually clear of infection. The nurse drew blood at the removal appointment only because I asked him to, and he said it really should have been done before. I was like, Yeah, no kidding lol). Oh yeah, they also told him that he didn't need any caps to protect the IV where the injection is administered so that's just fine with them if it's wide open apparently to collect dust and dirt or whatever. I had to get them myself. When you call, the automated menu informs you that Option Care "treats patients like family." I feel so bad for their family if that's the case. Just absolutely negligent care from start to finish.
