They know you can't smoke or be in contact with someone who smokes after surgery but the lady that makes the meals every day is a constant smoker. I stayed there 9 days and I never saw anyone clean the shared bathroom that everyone uses, not once. Some sodas exploded in the fridge and no one cleaned it, it was left a mess the entire time I stayed there. The microwave was disgusting and also never cleaned. Everyone that works there gossips and talks about each other (including other guests) to everyone. Things break and it takes them days to fix it (a toilet, a shower drain clogged, a skin, window curtain racks, all broke while I was there). They said they hand washed the fajas I used but when they gave them back to me they still had blood stains on them... Just overall very unprofessional and sketchy. About two months before my scheduled surgery, I contacted the salesperson and told them I wanted to cancel and requested a refund. After doing more research, I personally did not feel comfortable proceeding because the surgeon was board-certified as a surgeon, but NOT BOARD-CERTIFIED specifically IN PLASTIC SURGERY , and I wanted a surgeon whose training and experience made me feel completely confident about having an elective cosmetic procedure. After I requested the refund, the clinic told me that the deposit had been discussed verbally with the salesperson and that I later signed the Terms and Conditions. I also found my communication with Sofia, the operational manager, extremely disappointing. In my experience, she was not helpful, did not provide clear answers, and did not handle the situation with the level of professionalism or customer service I would expect from a clinic at this price point. I was left feeling that my concerns were being dismissed rather than properly addressed. I have screenshots, payment records, timestamps, and the clinic's written response documenting my experience. They give you your chart to sign paper work, after you fill that out you go to the back and get test done for drug and pregnancy. The girls in the we're so sweet and kind very helpful. Took me back into the front one of the girls came to me and said your going to need to pay for cell saver. I felt bullied she kept saying anesthesiologist isn't going to do your surgery with 11.6, that was confusing because I thought the doctor made the decisions. So I told her my doctor said that all of it was good and that I did not need that it was my choice my decision if I wanted to have it or not, she keep pushing. I told her we're going to wait till the blood work comes back my surgeon specifically said I didn't need it. They did another CDC to make sure that I absolutely don't need it the numbers were above 12.6. That day I got a text that my surgery is scheduled @ 445p. So I went to my recovery house, next day there were 2 girls that had surgery before me. One girl had surgery at 11a she went in and didn't get seen until 2p, the other went in and didn't have surgery til after 4p when I was supposed to be getting prepped. I got a text just before I was going to leave for my surgery that I'm scheduled at 1pm tomorrow for post-op. I called knowing that the doctor was running late to make sure that my surgery was still on, when I spoke to the lady she told me my surgery was canceled and that I am now scheduled for tomorrow at 1p, I said I am very upset as I have waited all day to eat now its 3p and I have to wait another day till surgery, pushing back my recovery time massages that I already had scheduled. I said to her you're confirming that my appointment today is canceled and now I am scheduled tomorrow correct she said yes and apologize for all the inconvenience. I get a call from the office at 545p asking where am I for my surgery, as you can imagine I was very upset because I didn't need to eat at 3p I could have waited and had the surgery now I have to wait for the next day to have surgery. When they reviewed what happened I spoke with an AI not an actual person. The next day I went in at 9a because I had not received a time for my surgery but I was told by an actual staff member, I made sure to ask are you a real person am I coming in for surgery tomorrow and she said yes. I get there I get signed in and then one of the girls takes me to a room and she says I'm going to be real frank with you, when I spoke with you yesterday I had a lot of things going on and confused you with another patient your surgery is actually on Thursday. At this point I'm livid because now I'm losing another day for recovery and massages and everything else I had paid for, mind you I'm supposed to be flying home on Saturday not enough time to feel safe or recovered after a surgery. I said this will be the last time I get pushed back. Thursday comes around I get a time for surgery at 430am, I get there we do another urine test, Dr Simmons comes in he states what surgery I'm getting starts to mark me up, then I sat there till 9a when Dr Simmons walks in and says he cannot do my surgery coordinator is going to come in to talk to me. At this point I am highly upset and confused and I'm not going to wait another day to have surgery. The lovely lady that did the urine test and blood draw came in she could see how upset I was as I had been there since early this morning and she asked me if another doctor was available would I be willing to see them I said of course I really need to have surgery today or I need to get my money back. What has made this even worse is the follow-up care. I have struggled to get consistent answers and support when I have been in pain and dealing with complications. I was given different prices by different people for implant removal, and was told that replacing ONE implant would cost more than what I originally paid for BOTH. I understand complications can happen, but when they do, you expect your surgical team to be there for you. I did not feel supported. I trusted this practice with my body and my confidence, and I am now left dealing with significant pain, a result I am extremely unhappy with, and an emotional toll I never expected.

Even if it's authorized and in-network, this office will require a 2k security deposit. Not for the insurance deducible, but just for this office. This creates a significant financial barrier and the staff told me to "just borrow it from family". By the time I had that money ready, they told me that they went out of network. Please inform future patients when their insurance goes out of network. Please do not tell people their insurance doesn't cover it unless it actually doesn't. Remember- insurances will only have one authorization going at a time, if you resubmit for the same thing with an approval, it'll automatically be voided/denied. That is not an indication the insurance doesn't cover it.
