Hands down the best tanning salon I've ever been to. As soon as you walk in the door, you are made to feel right at home. My girlfriend and I tan here regularly and it is totally worth the drive from the South Shore. We both do sun tanning and spray tanning. Not only are the staff all super friendly and attentive, but the salon is spotless, and the prices are super fair. Can't become this place enough!!! read more

First time trying airbrush tanning. Bought a package of 5- very reasonably priced- to have a few visits for events this Spring and Summer. I called the day before my appointment and a male employee walked me through everything I needed to know- very helpful. Ariana was fantastic- very detail-oriented. She gave me all kinds of tips. The salon was clean and well organized- busy place. Happy with the process and my results-highly recommend. read more

Forever Tan - I wore a bikini -this is the top of my thigh at the bikini line to show the light to medium color. - Spray Tanning Near Me - Newton, Massachusetts

Best tanning salon in the Boston area. I've gone here for airbrush tans before every vacation and loved them so much, I had them do my airbrush for my wedding. The tan always comes out perfect and is long lasting. The staff is also super friendly and professional and the salon is pristine and super cute. Highly recommend!! read more

Clean, friendly, and professional! The salon is always immaculate and the staff is super kind. They have the best stand up I have ever used! I have gradually started tanning again and wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

A great tanning salon! The owner, Bruna is terrific and runs this business beautifully! The atmosphere is relaxing and she's very knowledgeable and knows her beds and products. I hope this helps others who are looking for a great tanning experience. Versa spray tanning is also available here! Look for her monthly specials if you're new here. Enjoy! read more

I couldn't recommend Burna any more! She is amazing, hands down. From the first time I started to now, she makes me feel so comfortable and is very genuine and kind. There is always someone there greeting you with a smile. It is very clean and well maintained, leaving an incredible vibe. I know some folks who travel from the north shore to see her!! read more

Bruna and Ariana are awesome! I've found this to be the best place to get an airbrush tan in the Newton/ Boston area. They also have package pricing available so I'm able to buy multiple and save money on the sprays! read more

Came here on a hot day during the last heat wave, because I was suckered in by the yelp ad offering a free first tan. I love tans, especially free ones, so I was quick to convince my roommate the trek to newton highlands-ville-corner-centre (this place was really somehow between all of them) was worth it. We had a feeling going into it that we'd be offered a free tan on a level one bed of sorts, but I still tried to push for a higher-level option. The guy wasn't buying it. At least there weren't any hidden gimmics (like a required lotion or goggles purchase)-- just 50 cents for wink-ease, which we skillfully avoided, explaining we brought literally no cash since this tan should be free. The owner was accommodating (he'd better be, though, since we walked up to the building to find him smoking a cigarette out front) and showed us his state of the art tanning equipment from 1972 (est.). One thing I found odd were the visible exhaust pipes. I was also moderately uncomfortable abut how the doors to each tanning room were slats that the owner or whoever was working could easily see through while you were changing. (He walked past my door a few times to turn on beds and whatnot, and I definitely felt a little awkward.) I also felt awkward when, after I'd left and was waiting for my roommate in the downstairs lobby, this guy asked him to make sure we left him a good review on Yelp for our visit. If you gotta ask, my friend, you're asking for a brutally honest review of your outdated and overpriced establishment. read more

I received an airbrush tan from Ariana and it was great! She was very thorough and Precise with her application! The color is also great. Very happy and will be back! read more

Extremely friendly owners and very cleanly place. Top tanning business around this area.

Bruna was amazing! I did the rapid dry spary tan package leading up to my wedding (set of 3 was perfect bc I did a trial, bachelorette and wedding) and she was so thorough and provides amazing service. She spent a long time talking to me about what I wanted the tan to look like, took notes and recommended tweaks to inprove the look at each session and made me feel so comfortable. Cannot recommend her enough and will be going to her anytime I need a spray in the future. read more

Highly recommend! I was in several weddings this summer and decided to give spray tanning a shot since I'm as pale as a ghost. First I did some research and found Forever Tan to be the most affordable place to try. I figured since they are in Newton the quality must be great. I did my first trial run with Bruna and she was wonderful. I told her I did not want to look too fake or too dark and she listened to my concerns and helped me pick out a color that would go well with my skin tone. I prefer to spray later in the day that way I can just leave it on overnight, I have never had any issues booking an appointment and they are always flexible in case something comes up with my busy schedule. I have ran a few minutes late on several occasions and when I call they are never annoyed and always friendly over the phone. I can totally appreciate the great customer service and would recommend their services to anyone nervous about getting a spray tan for the first time. I never feel smelly afterwards and the whole process takes about 20 minutes. read more

I went here for a spray tan and was pretty pleased. It's in a little strip mall...all the way on the right hand side, near the road, and up some stairs. The place was bright and clean and while I did wait about 20 minutes past my scheduled time slot, the trash mags kept me busy. They use the 'Mystic Tan' machine, but with 'California Tan' solution, b/c it's 'better'. Well my friends this was the best spray tan I've ever gotten. Good color and not too many 'obvious spray tan spots'. Price seems on par with what I'd expect. Ed was very personable. read more

I love Forever Tan! I've gone here off and on now for the past few years, never once have I had a bad experience! The ladies who work at the desk are all so nice and helpful - on top of that everything is always so clean! They are open late and parking is easy! I may be biased because it's a 5 minute drive from where I live but I just love the atmosphere in here! I would definitely recommend Forever Tan! read more

Very clean tanning salon and super nice and helpful employees! Told them that I wanted to be very light and natural for graduation pictures and she listened and made sure I was comfortable with the end result! Highly recommend! read more

Made an appointment online for an airbrush tan. I was given a living social voucher as a gift. The booking process was super simple and convenient. They send Emails to confirm the request and remind you of apt time. I went in on a Friday afternoon. Very clean and comfortable space. They have newer and really nice UV tanning machines. Stand up or beds. The staff is friendly and explained the entire process. The airbrush I got is amazing. The color shade is perfect. I also opted for the $10 prep pre spray and it was well worth it. If this location was a little closer to me, I would be a regular. Thanks so much! read more

There is nothing I can say about Forever Tan except LEGENDARY!!!! The hospitality at this location by Bruna and Nicole is exceptional!!! The salon itself is absolutely spotless and the team there is just so accommodating to your every need. I have witnessed the staff listening to their clients, showing extreme care and doing whatever it takes to retain a client. Now to me that is LEGENDARY all around. Their prices are reasonable but for someone who has been around the tanning circuit, there is no better place to get a tan for the expectations and results. If you tan somewhere else, I guarantee you will enjoy the results at Forever Tan 10x more than your current salon. Ed the owner runs the BEST tanning salon I have ever been to hands down. I have been tanning for 22 years and been going to Forever Tan for just over 4 years. Thanks for reading. I hope you try this amazing experience!!!!! read more

Shout out for exceptional customer service. In a world where customer service is sub par and going the extra distance does not exist, this place shines above the rest. 6 visit in my package expired. I called to see if there was anything that could be done. The manager, super nice, extended my expiration to allow me to not lose the money on my expired visits. No one does that. Besides that, these beds are excellent. You will not be disappointed. read more

I waited for 20 minutes at the front desk and no one ever came out, I rang the bell a couple of times. Apparently it would seem that no one works here. read more

Got an amazing airbrush spray tan done here! It has lasted over a week now and hasn't faded spotty at all! Great price, friendly service and got a natural looking tan for a bridal shower and I will definitely be back again. I definitely prefer the airbrush over the spray booth. read more

Clean and friendly! This salon is welcoming and the girls that work here gave great advice on the right lotions and level beds to use without any pressure! I feel comfortable every time I walk in! read more

I arrived to Forever Tan and was greeted by a warm, sincere young woman. She made me feel very comfortable and was very knowledgable about the whole air-brush process. I haven't had a spray tan in years and was nervous about going in. I'm very pleased by the whole experience. Bruna could not have been more wonderful. The process was fast and easy and not at all costly, especially considering the quality of my experience. I'm already looking forward to my next visit! read more

This place is under new management , and is now beautiful clean and nicely decorated. The previous owner was letting the place slide, and the new manager has done a lot of work to make the place look a million times better. As far as prices, prices are competitive with other places around the area . Parking is convenient and free, the hours are more convenient and longer now. Its a great place to tan and the guy seem really nice. A while ago, my GF said the mystic tans were watered down but I don't do them. The equipment is in excellent condition an seems fine. Great place to tan! read more

I'm a big fan of this salon. I bought a package of 10 tans -- I'm looking to tan up before my wedding in July. I've been 5 times now and am getting many compliments on my color. I love the beds, the place is really clean, the guy is nice, they play fun music, it seems pretty affordable to me (for Newton anyway), it also has a big parking lot and is close to where I work. So it's a win-win! If you're thinking of tanning here, do it! The spa next door is great too: Skin Innovations. read more

My favorite place to tan in the area! Very clean and the ladies at the front desk are always super helpful

Forever Tan is a great place to go especially in the winter when you need a little extra light in your life and color on your skin. Everyone is very pleasant, especially the owner's sister who works the counter, and everything is very clean. I suggest joining the email list as they do not bombard you with emails but do send out good deals. read more

When I showed up for my appointment they told me they were running 20 minutes behind. I have kids I needed to get home for, so this was no good. No phone call to alert me either. Then they told me they'd try to fit me in earlier and to have a seat. I guess the airbrush machine broke or something because Fifteen minutes later I was still sitting there. I left eventually. Will never return. read more

I've been tanning at this salon since I moved to Newton and I love it. The staff is always friendly and are not pushy when presenting the prices, which are reasonable for the location. I just recently tried their airbrush tan(done by a sweet girl) and I loved it!! The packages are reasonable and the place is very clean, definitely recommend it. read more

The only couple times I've went I haven't had the best experience. I pay well to go tanning and my last experience I went and paid over 50 to go in a bed before a wedding I had. I specifically wanted something that will help my face get tan and the beds main face lamp did not work and after asking someone about it there was no accommodation or anything given to me. Haven't been pleased with the service for the amount of money I've spent there. read more

I did a spray tan for my birthday a few days before my event. I believe it might have been Bruna who helped me. She walked me over to the spa tanning booth and explained how to complete each step and helped me practice each position. She was super helpful and made me less nervous. She also went over how to proceed when I got home and how to make my tan last. Very happy new customer! read more

The manager followed up with me and apologized for the previous experience that I had. He offered a complimentary spray tan and I accepted. This next time that I came in, the same person was working and she was very friendly. I did not have to wait and was led right back to the spray tan machine room. Everything worked great this time around and the tan came out nice and even and lasted for over a week. Thank you for reading your reviews and following up with customers! read more

Do NOT waste your time going here! GO elsewhere!!! I used to go here before the guy who currently owns this place bought it. When the new owner bought the place and "renovated it" things went down hill. At first everything was fine but then he started changing his pricing on a WEEKLY basis. I payed $60 for an "unlimited" month and got YELLED at by him because I tanned to often. I went about 2-3 times a week. Either way...this was supposed to be unlimited and I could have come every single day if I wanted to. During the month I was there I saw the pricing change weekly. At the time that I would have bought another month the prices were insane. He wanted $60 for an "unlimited" month...HOWEVER the $60 was ONLY the memebership for the month which included NOTHING. From there you had to pay every single time you went in and tanned. If I tanned 12 times in a month under his this pricing...I would have spend over $150 for a month of tanning on OUT DATED beds. The owner complained to me about how expensive the bulbs were and how he was always changed them when the max hours had been used on them and how no other salon does that. I told him there was no way that I would find this elsewhere. He also told me how he had done his research about the tanning places in the area and how his was so much better then all of the other places and he offered a much better deal. This however is so not true. Even though the location was convenient for me I got tired of the pricing changing on a weekly basis and the bright colors and broken fans that he claimed to have "fixed" all the time got really annoying. I told the owner I was never coming back. The owner is rude. This place is overpriced and outdated. They claim to have "different levels of beds"...however this is a crock because you have a few standups and a few old school low level beds. Do not even waste your time or money on this place. I recently got an e-mail from Forever tan offering me a "Great Summer Deal" How is 6 weeks of tanning for $99 in super old school beds with an owner who will flip out on you for tanning to much a deal? read more

Having recently moved to Newton this was my first and last visit to tan here. Understaffed, spent 15 minutes waiting at the front desk alone before a woman finally came out to help me. The price was reasonable and the tan came out fine but my bed was not sanitized properly and being a non smoker the place had an ashtray smell to it. I always carry baby wipes in my purse for times like this. read more

Honestly this is a great place...the guy behind the counter is so friendly and so informative and no one is shoving packages/lotions down your throat. The beds are incredibly comfortable, there are plenty of options for different packages depending on your budget and preference and the place provides free wink-ease and makeup remover. Most importantly the bulbs are strong and effective, you'll see the difference right away! read more

I had a spray tan with Bruna, and it was the best spray tan I ever had. She was great to ask what shade I wanted and to give me tips to make the tan last. The solution they use is a nice bronze and didn't appear orangey AT ALL. I've gone to several places in Newton for spray tans, this is bar far my best experience with the best results. :) read more

Clean, comfortable salon. Went for a versa spray before a wedding. The girl at the desk was very nice and very knowledgable about the process. Only downfall is the prices. I do VersaSpa before every wedding/ event, I'm not big on booth and I try to stay out of the sun to be good to my skin. That being said, this is by far the most expensive versa I've ever gotten, by about $15 dollars, and that's with $5 off. If I could've driven to my normal place, I would have, but I was on a time crunch. Wouldn't go back for the cost alone, but the experience and results were great. read more

I found Forever Tan on google and they had great reviews! I went for an airbrush tan and it came out great! They were very professional and very clean! My spray tan came out flawless! I have had other airbrush from other places and it is streaky and comes off so quick. Not this one! It looks so natural and has lasted a long time! I ended up buying a package of 3 since I have multiple events coming up. I can't wait to go back! read more

I have been going to forever tan for the past 7 years and after going there this week, I will never go back...The new owner is rude and arrogant, and I do not appreciate that when i am paying for a service...What happened to the people who used to work there?
