Weekly email updates keep us updated on what was done, and online payment means no envelopes or trips to the post office. And the crews are super-professional and reliable. They've done a fantastic job on our yard, and on my parents' yard as well. I'm especially impressed with how well this company communicates. They let us know about the holiday schedule well ahead of time, and if there are any hiccups (which has happened just once), I got a text letting me know when to expect them. Clear monthly statements, great communication, beautiful yards, reliable crews, and first-class service. I literally have *zero* complaints. Fantastic.

I'm giving two stars only because I've heard you can't get 2 star reviews removed. I had a terrible…read moreleak in my sprinklers that was making my water bill over $600 per month that my previous landscaper couldn't find so I hired Vision to fix it. Matt, who I think is one of the owners told my husband he has contracts with buildings and made his company sound super fancy so we believed that we were really going to get quality service rather than the typical mow and blow. It was also quadruple the cost of my previous landscaper but if they could fix our sprinklers and get our water bill down and then keep the landscaping looking nice, we were willing to do that. His pricing is on a tier level so you can go silver, gold or platinum. We chose gold which was going to be $600 per month! Way way too high for for us so his suggestion was to have them come only twice a month rather than every week and we were told it would be no problem to keep the maintenance up doing it that way. Syed : I thought they had fixed the sprinklers but I'll get more into that later. So our first water bill after vision started actually was cut in half and the yard didn't necessarily look any different than it did before they started but it didn't look worse either so we kept them. As the months went on I started noticing my water bill was getting higher again. Then I was out of town and when I came back my backyard was dead. Literally brown grass. I was never told anything about it. I had a very busy couple of months and rarely went in my yard but because vision landscaping acts like they're the best company on the planet I trusted that things were being taken care of. When I sent this first picture to them, their office staff told me that they were surprised because usually the maintenance crew lets them know if there's a problem. They obviously did not do that. Then more recently I noticed a problem in the front yard. Vision told me that if I wanted them to come check and see if there was anything wrong with the sprinklers I would need to pay a service fee of $90 which was only to check. By the way I did pay extra for irrigation inspection twice a month but apparently that's not covered if you have an additional problem. So we checked it ourselves. What we found was that there were several sprinkler heads overgrown with grass so they couldn't be released to water the grass. Now we have broken pipes which I think is from the pressure of the sprinkler heads not being able to open. By the way, the leak that they fixed the first time - upon our inspection we noticed that they pointed all of the sprinkler heads towards the brick wall so we have some trees in that area getting no water at all and some trees that are getting way too much water and then overflow everywhere so it's making a huge mess with mud coming down over the bricks. Why they thought pointing the sprinkler heads at the wall would be a good idea, I have no idea. Also I had them plant a bunch of new plants in the front yard and they assured me that they would all be getting water the way they should. Well they were wrong about that and all the money I spent on the plants is being wasted as well because they're dying. I'm just hoping I can save them. Just this last week I sent Vision another message with another picture of the sprinkler heads that weren't able to open because of the overgrown grass and the office lady told me that it's so unusual that the maintenance crew wouldn't let them know. Is it unusual? I'm thinking it's not. Stay far away from this company. It is a total scam. I'm coming with receipts. Look at my photos and videos and then ask yourself if you want your yard to look like this.

David, your response contains factual statements that are not accurate, and I have timestamped…read morecamera footage documenting the timeline. The installation did not take three days. The main installation began Monday and was essentially completed that same day. Two workers returned briefly Tuesday morning, after which you told me the project was finished and collected my final payment. You also previously told me that you returned Monday to check the work. I reviewed my camera footage and could find no evidence that you returned that day. Your statement that I "could not be bothered" is also false and insulting. I was working at my job. In fact, I interrupted a work meeting and went outside when I saw your crew accessing my underground sprinkler area. I hired you to manage this project and supervise your crew. I was not supposed to repeatedly leave my own job to supervise yours. As for your statement that I "expressed satisfaction at the final walkthrough," I took a quick look while I was between work meetings and, at first glance, the new pavers looked nice. That does not mean I accepted problems I had not yet had an opportunity to discover. You specifically gave me three days to inspect the completed work and report any problems. I reported the problems the very next day. What you also did not tell me when you collected my final payment was that you were about to leave for a week-long vacation. I learned that only after I contacted you about the problems I discovered. Your statement that every issue was addressed by your company is also not accurate. During the original installation, a sprinkler was damaged and my gardener repaired it. After you returned from vacation and moved the drain that had been installed in the wrong location, a second sprinkler line was damaged. I ultimately hired and paid my own sprinkler professional to repair that damage because, by that point, I no longer wanted you or your crew working on my property. There were also workmanship issues with the pavers, including the area around my custom-built catio, where the door was left jammed and unable to open properly, poorly cut pavers, and an area that was not flat or level. My backyard was left with sand everywhere, construction debris, dug-up grass and even the crew's lunch trash. I stand by my review and my description of my experience. I have photographs, messages and timestamped camera footage documenting both the condition of my property and the timeline described above.

Every plant was laid out in a beautiful design. He promised us a start date and a completion date and stuck to it. The price he quoted us was the price we paid. What started as a project to redo our existing flagstone turned into quite a bit more as we went along, and Pete was wonderful about accommodating everything we decided to add. His pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the amount of work that was done, and we always felt like we were getting great value. Pete truly gave us five-star treatment throughout the entire process. He spent time during the week sourcing plants and materials for the project, then showed up on the weekends with a full crew ready to get everything done. He even took us along to pick out plants so we could choose exactly what we wanted and make sure everything came together the way we envisioned it. That level of personal attention really stood out to us. We were also incredibly impressed by how quickly and efficiently his crew worked. Looking at the scope of the project, we honestly thought it would take weeks- and somehow they knocked it out in just a few days! They worked incredibly hard, and the results speak for themselves. Our backyard went from an unfinished, uneven space to somewhere we genuinely want to spend time. The flagstone looks beautiful, the landscaping feels intentional and inviting, and at night with the lights on, the whole backyard has such a warm, cozy atmosphere. We absolutely love it! Pete was a pleasure to work with, attentive, reasonably priced, and incredibly accommodating- even as we kept adding things along the way. He and his crew delivered exactly what we were hoping for and then some. We would absolutely use Landmark Landscape Corp. again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pete and his team. He came out walked the property with me. He immediate got what I was trying to do. "Refresh everything with low water consumption plants and a more modern style." He said to give him a couple of days and he would get back to me. True to his word, he sent me the quote on time. I reviewed it with my wife, but she wanted to understand his plan for the property, so we arranged for him to meet us once again. He explained his vision for the property. He then took us to a Landscape nursery so that we could see the plants he had in mind. My wife like his choices, she picked a couple of flower colors and I picked the type of trees. Pete scheduled the entire thing, all four sides of the property, to be done in one weekend. He came out with his crew and demo'd everything, installed new drainage, new sprinklers (including drip irrigation) and laid new sod, planted the plants and trees and laid out the gravel and crushed granite walkways.
