Forever Elegant did some amazing work. My friend frequently goes to them and took me along with her because I wanted to get some new nails. Sue and her family were so amazing and were quick and efficient and so kind and talkative. She was able to pick the exact colors that I wanted as well as do the design i showed her. I'm not sure who the owner of this salon is but the lady in charge was playing favorites, she was not kind or welcoming at all, neither were her staff members. There were two regulars though who were being treated like royalty. My technician did an okay job on my manicure but based on poor hospitality I will not be going back, there are too many nail salons in the area for me to be handing money over to an establishment who makes me feel unwanted. This place is only place in awhile tht ive found to do my nails (i got a fill in) exactly how i like them.. susan is the best!! I wanted to try a new nail salon and decided to give Forever Elegant Nails Spa a try. Not a good idea... I went in for a full set of gel tips in November (Thanksgiving weekend). I only had the nails on for 4 days when the gel on one of the nails started to crack and break off. I called and they told me to come in for a repair of that nail. They fixed the nail and touched up the nail polish on all my nails. I was impressed with that.... I went in for my first fill-in and a week later the same nail they had fix prior had broke again. The next day a second nail broke and that's when I decided to NEVER go back to this salon again. There was a green nail fungus on my nail. I have been getting tips on and off for years and this has never happened to me before. Not a clean place and obviously they do not clean their brushes. read more

This place was just okay. Yes, one person spoke clear English, as stated in another review, but in my opinion it's how good the manicure/pedicure is that dictates my review of the place. Most places I've gone give a massage with a pedicure and rub your shoulders while your manicure dries. I didn't receive that here. The overall experience was average. Also, I called in advance to make sure they had a large selection of gel colors, was told they did, and when I got there the gel color selection was small. I was in a tight spot and needed somewhere to go on my lunch break, but otherwise I would try somewhere else before going back here. read more

I give it 2 stars IF THAT because the lady was nice and did a good job with the design on the nails. That's about all I'll give this place. If only the nails lasted longer then 12 hours...as soon as I got home one broke. It was cracked prior to my fill in, any nail place they replace it normally. I wouldn't mind paying to fix the nail during the time of me going originally. I was in there over 2 hours for a fill in. But the guy was too lazy to replace it and just painted over it with acrylic cracked nail. I even said something to him and he said it wouldn't break. For it to break as soon as I got home..I come in the next day to fix it and the women has the the nerve to charge me!!!! After wasting my time!...So not only waste my time coming back and getting this nail fixed...I make an appointment and both times I'm waiting 20-30 min for someone to start my nails...Over 2 hours total for a fill in and when I came back 45 minutes to fix my one nail. No point to even make a nail appointment. No point even coming. You would think paying $80 for a fill in she could skip out on the $4 to charge me for the broken nail for wasting my time but no! Never again. Lesson learned! My nail technician was sweet but the work quality was trash. I was angry to have paid the amount of money I did and be unsatisfied. I do not recommend this establishment for any customers who are just walking in for the 1st time. I paid for a manicure and a fullset of gel tips. The manicure was not even done and my tips were horrible. The nails are uneven & warped with extra acrylic and nail polish on and around my fingers. Never going there again. I've been going there for almost a year and half the times I've been disappointed cause they are so incredibly lazy. They do a half-ass job, depending on who you get and the best one there doesn't care about what she does to your nails unless you're her regular. I'm done. On to another salon. This is the best nail salon ever. Ive been with them 10+ years and moved to Florida recently and wish I could fly home every two weeks for fill in's to see them! Sue is fast and does best fill ins and full sets. Lisa gave best pedicure along with Sue's mom. Beautiful clean salon. Will def go back when I visit NY! read more

Worst pedicure ever! Do not waste your time and money here. If I could give this place no stars I would. My mom aunt and I just left all unhappy. The staff was more Interested in what the television was saying rather than our pedicure. The guy that did my nails didn't even massage my legs at all just touched them for a quick second with cream then used a paper towel to take the cream off and used the same paper towel to separate my toes. But that's not even the worst part the guy doing my mother's toes had long dirty nails! (Ew!) Like another review had said they take the bag out of the tub while your feet are still in there so you get the dirty drain under your clean feet. When I asked why they did that they said it was a law meanwhile they aren't keeping it clean if they make you sit on the drain (which is where all the germs come from). But overall all workers were horrible none of us had a good experience and will not be coming back. read more

My daughter had a manicure and pedicure here recently. She had the male manicurist. He did a horrible job. Her nails were poorly done and filed uneven all over. It looked like they were done by a toddler; I'm not kidding. Also he was very rough and made her fingernails and toenails bleed a lot. She told him he was hurting her, but he did not seem to care. She had been here previously and had had one of the female manicurists who did a good job. So be sure to get one of the woman there and definitely avoid the man who works there. Or better yet, use a different nail salon -- there are certainly many others to choose from. read more

Ive been going here since they opened.i go to sue but they are all family and great.they are clean and do a great job,plenty of gel selections and they do exactly what u ask.the pedicure chairs give a great massage.and they wax eyebrows etc. perfect! i recommend them and when people see my nails including men they always compliment how great they look! read more

This is the worst pedi experience i have ever had in my life. I came her for a mani pedi the day before christmas eve bc k&q was packed. Now i know why they were empty. He couldn't even paint my nails right. I got so aggravated that i asked to just pay for a pedicure with any nail polish bc the guy was terrible and very rough. When he took off his gloves to paint my nails i noticed his finger nails were dirty underneath. I told him to stop i would just paint them at home because he was trying to clean up the mess of polish on my big toe with his dirty finger. My nails were uneven and he hurt my toes. They proceeded to tell me its regularly 19 but will charge me 15. Well for that someone else can paint my toes. I had another woman paint them and they had the nerve to charge me the full 19. Now i have to drive to another nail place just to get a mani. Very poor customer service. And if you are going to use pedicure liners you shouldnt be pulling out the liner while my feet are still in the water in the tub. What's the point? I should have just waited at k&q. read more
