I bought 4 hours cleaning voucher and asked to have my house dusted and bathrooms and kitchen cleaned. She was only able to clean the bathrooms and kitchen and asked if she should mop my kitchen floors which I asked if she could please. She cleaned top of stove but not inside. She ran out of Time, I put this on google and got a Threatning message from the girl who cleaned my house about Karma. I wasn't going to post about it but worry it could happen to someone else. I talked to the owner who assured me she is not a reflection of this person which I get but I just worry the more I let this situation sit. I attached the text I got after leaving a 3 star review . It felt really…read moregood to walk into a house and not smell a ton of cleaning products which was different than other cleaners we've had. Past cleaning crews have left me choking upon re-entry into our home because of the numerous and "fragrant" products they used that aren't always safe for humans and pets. Alex is much more careful about toxicity and the environment and only uses products that don't leave a filmy residue or a strong odor. We are particular about not breathing in or touching so called "fragrances" that many cleaning products employ. Alex uses products that still cleaned everything well but not ones that we worry will bother our lungs or skin. I believe she is newish to the Charleston area and that means her calendar isn't completely full yet--her pricing was comparable to other deep cleans we've done, but again with the added bonus of a green, environmentally friendly approach!

They were quick to get back with me with a quote as well as good at explaining what I could expect from a "deep clean" I was requesting as well as add ons if I needed them. The pricing was very up front and no surprise fees. Once we agreed on what was needed and total price a contract was emailed over to be signed. The day they cleaned my condo was a very happy day for this mama. I chose for my bathroom/living room/dining room and kitchen areas to be cleaned. I also paid a small fee for both my 5x7 rugs to be cleaned. The total cleaning took just under 2hrs and the results were amazing. They even offered to clean my carpet in my hallway for free. They went above and beyond. Every surface was touched and cleaned beautifully. The rugs have never looked cleaner. So thankful for this company and the affordable pricing. Will definitely use them again after the holiday.
