This housekeeping service is excellent. The owner has always been very attentive to my needs and is in constant communication with me about the schedule. Her teams are timely, competent, and they go the extra mile. For example, they swept all the discarded birdseed off my balcony and got rid of all the cobwebs there. We have worked with Carol and Benchmark off and on for several years. There was an instance where different ladies than the ones we normally had were sent out to clean and they did some major damage to our kitchen sink faucet and shower. Carol offered to pay for it, but when we reached out to discuss the cost of repair she disappeared. No call or email from her, nothing. We were left with a lot of expensive damage. They are not consistent, the cleanings are hit or miss, they don't send invoices in a timely manner, and they refuse to answer the phone. I would rather clean my own house than work with Carol and her team. read more

I finally called out for help and Carol couldn't have been nicer! She worked with me so professionally and kindly that I knew I had the right company. I had started receiving cleaning services in October due to my illness in my first trimester of pregnancy. I was absolutely blown away with their attention to detail and getting it done so quickly. I had to cancel my services after the 48 hour cancellation policy due to an unforeseen detrimental loss in my immediate family and Carol was the utmost understanding and I will always recommend this companies services to anyone who needs a job done correctly and professionally and done with care. read more

This review might be long. The ladies who cleaned my home did a good job. The problem was the price, amount of time, and size of my home. My house is around 7500-9000 sq ft. I was being charged 200.00 to clean the house and 2 ladies did it in 4.25 hours. I felt that was too fast and sometimes small things were missed. When I brought this to the owners attention and asked if they could do additional work she proceeded to call me a liar and tell me that they are always at my home for at least 5.5 hours. I asked for a few extra things to be cleaned to ensure the women were there for at least a full 5 hours. Anyway I didn't understand how she could say they were at my home cleaning for that length of time then I figured it out. Basically they work off of GPS. When they pull up to the home address location the company assumes the work is starting. When the women leave the company assumes the work is finished....SO the last time they were at my home I recorded them showing up at half an hour before the actual start time. And here is the kicker when they left I recorded them sitting in my driveway on their phones for 35 mins and then leaving the premises. When I proved this to the owner instead of her finding new workers for my home I guess she was so embarrassed that she tried to call me a liar and needed to eat humble pie she told me to find a new cleaner. Just a cautious tale. Be wary of people who can't see their own wrong doing and desperately try to throw their mess off on you. This has left me in a bind, but I will find good, solid, reasonably priced house keeping. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! read more
