I would not recommend going to this bridal boutique. From the moment we walked in it was such a hostile and tense environment. We were dealing with Leondra (to my surprise is the owner) she didn't know my name, didn't introduce herself, made me and mu guests feel very uncomfortable, and was no help whatsoever. When I showed her screen shots of dresses I liked and wanted to try she said "Sold", to basically my 3 favourite, but didn't suggest or recommend anything similar. I walked into the dressing room and she just said "Strip", I didn't get any privacy at all. After a couple dresses I was very upset, which was quite clear. I had tears in my eyes and nearly left after 20 minutes. I asked if we could have some Prosecco. She said she had none left, but I don't think she ever had any. I told my sister I was feeling very uncomfortable, she must of heard me because she tried to make small talk with me then in the dressing room, but it was too late at that stage. It was already too awkward and I was going to leave I was so upset. After that my guests jumped up and started doing her job (this is after she was so extremely rude to them), finding dresses to suit me better, getting a veil, creating a nice atmosphere. It took a while to build up my spirits again but luckily I had great people with me. My pregnant sister had to trouble her for a glass of water after an hour of sitting there. I have never met anyone so bad at their job. I found a nice dress my friend picked out for me and as soon as I left I started looking up any other boutique in Ireland with the same designer to avoid ever having to go back. I never leave reviews but I would hate for another bride to have the same experience. It really knocked my confidence and took any enjoyment out of the experience. I was booked into another place the next day and honesty had no interest in going, thankfully it was an incredible experience the next day with women who were great at their jobs and I found my dress. If you have already booked in here I recommend requesting a different person to help you, and bring a great bride tribe to defend you end up in a similar situation. read more
