Pretty cool Forever 21 retail store is located in the mall of Roosevelt field, some of the sales associates are pleasant and some are not, this my experience back in 2018 when I would frequent the mall I have friends who live in the nearby towns and we always frequent the mall. if I'm in the mall I wouldn't mind coming back to this store, !!!! P.S. this store can be messy at times during the afternoon-evening hours, but if you come here early in the mornings when the store is open at the mall it looks like you never seen a messed the previous day before !!!!! read more

Store was clean and organized when we came in. Masks are optional for those who are vaccinated. Came in to do a return and thought that there was a long line but it moved very quickly. The floor was set up really nicely and The ladies at the register were so nice to help with a return that was a confusing return. On the last date of return i went online and confirmed the returned items, i even printed out the confirmation code.... but once i noticed the label needed to be paid by me i decided to stop into the store to return it (since that was an original option in the beginning). I figured since it was confirmed online i didn't need to run to the store right away but it turned out i was supposed to have the items in forever 21's possession on the last return date. The ladies were so nice to help me by allowing me to get back up to $70 in store credit and the rest needed to be exchanged items. I would have lost over $100 had they not helped!!! I made my visit short and quick. I just need a ripped jeans as the final piece of my pending luggage closure for my forthcoming trip this Thursday. This store is my daughter's favorite store not long time ago, she have grown so of course she moved to an age appropriate store for now. The jeans display in the showcase caught my attention and so I went inside for there is no doubt on my mind the price of each clothing here in unbeatable. I was right. Got the jeans with style on a price that made me smile. The only thing that bothered me during my stay on this store is the line both to the fitting room and the register. Don't come here if you will be just getting a piece, it will just cut you into pieces. read more

Forever 21 - Show case - Accessories Near Me - Garden City, New York

The manager of this location should be FIRED as well as whoever does the hiring at this location. This place is a mess with horrible customer service. I visited this location yesterday evening in hopes of buying a bathing suit. I walked over to the small crammed corner where they were located. What I found was disgusting. The bathing suits were all over the floor. The other half were tangled with each other and hangers. I picked up one bikini bottom just to find dirt all over it from being on the floor. Another was ripped (probably from the lack of care as well). This isn't the first time I have walked into this store to find it a complete mess. As for the employees, 90% are clueless. They literally don't know where anything is or walk around aimlessly/ talking to their friends. WASTE OF MONEY PAYING THEM TO DO NOTHING. They need new management. Someone should be walking around to make sure the store doesn't get to the point I saw it last night and also have helpful employees for those searching for specific items. ALSO, beware of the escalators. They wobble and will one day break, hopefully not injuring anyone. I ended up leaving purchasing nothing and highly disappointed. Clean your store. Hire employees that aren't miserable and useless. I will be shopping online from now on. read more

I took my daughter shopping for close for her birthday, And we decided on Roosevelt Field. There is nothing I hate more in life then shopping, Especially when it is not for me. Forever 21 is a huge 2 level store with lots of help and very good prices. There was one line for check out, But they had 5 cashiers and the line moved real quickly. The sales help were very nice and helpful. The store has a huge selection of cloths and my daughter did get a bunch of stuff. read more

This is the worst Forever 21 store I've ever been to for several reasons: 1) Incredibly disorganized layout especially the downstairs 2) Upstairs has all the new trends but downstairs has things from 2-3 seasons ago 3) The staff are not helpful and fitting room is a nightmare. It seems like there is no control or autonomy in making this process go smoother or faster 4) Check out is also a mess. Boasting an impressive two-floor layout after its renovation a few years ago (storefront in XXI, in case you're not familiar with roman numerals) Forever 21 is a store I'd like to call a hit or miss. While in high school I may have clawed at the garments as a way of life, nowadays I'm hesitant, and with good reason. What comes with very inexpensive clothes is usually followed with less than par quality. Clothes often get 'pills' (that's the actual name when fabric starts to loosen and you get those little fuzzy balls on it) after one wash. Buyer beware: Listen to the labels on these garments!! Shortly after their renovation, on a balmy summer day, my friends and I decided to fool around in the store back when we were teens. We flew across the store, grabbing things off the racks like no tomorrow and had one of our other friends play a dress-up montage. The staff thought it was hilarious and didn't shut us out on it. When we saw the store was getting busier we stopped our shenanigans as to allow their fitting room to be open. We also handed back all the clothes on the hanger, or folded. HOWEVER, if you go and ask an associate to help you find something on a mannequin, fuggedaboutit. Three out of four times they can't because the store is always a bit of a mess (not to mention HUGE). This F21 is disorganized and a bit of a headache, everything is all over the place. There was also a long line at checkout and rather than trying to help kill the line, the cash wrap manager closed one register to cash it out and let another worker go on break. They informed us all that there were registers open downstairs, but who would leave the line if you were first, second, or third on line? You'd stick around because you know at least 10 people left the line to go downstairs. It took an additional 10 minutes to checkout. The cash wrap manager rolled her eyes at any of us who seemed frustrated by the wait. Sad. read more

Worst customer service I've ever seen. I spend a lot of money every time I shop here and they wouldn't give me store credit for a shirt because I bought it over 30 days ago. Never in my life have I heard of a clothing store not giving store credit for an item. I called customer service and they made matters even worse. Claiming a supervisor would call me back yet I've never heard from anyone. You guys lost a good customer over $25. Good Job. If I could give no stars I would. read more

***WARNING CHECK YOUR CASH BEFORE GIVING TO EMPLOYEES, THEY CAN STEAL YOUR MONEY*** Was just robbed $20 here by an employee. If you pay cash make sure you count your money in front of them because they won't and they can trick you. Came here Memorial Day. Store was closing, and line was getting longer with only one register open. My purchase was around $83.66 I know exactly how much it was since I can see the register's highlighted amount. So I had $84 ready in my hand, while waiting for my cashier as he was bagging my items, another staff came to me and took my money. She walked to a DIFFERENT register, which was very sketchy, since my items were punched in the register in front of me. She opened the register on the other side, came back to me and hand me back $64 saying, it's $83, not $63 and just LEFT!!! Confused, I pulled out another $20 from my wallet and she was no longer there. The cashier who was bagging my items then took my payment. This is a serious issue, management should check their cameras because this can happen to anyone. Doesn't matter how much money was taken, it's not funny to get robbed like that. read more

I called the store to ask if they'd be able to return a damaged item, to which the sales associate said they do not take back damaged items. Ok - then I asked who I should speak to further in regards to my issue and I could tell there was frustration on the associate's end. She then put me on hold for TEN MINUTES before the call ended.... At least connect me with a manager. Totally rude and definitely not how employees should be acting in a customer service based role. read more

Completely useless I found a over coat I wanted when I ask cashier with red hair and glasses to help at first she huffed as l asked her to see if other stores had it than when she found a store with my size couldn't find the number or place it was at!!!! Not only was the store absolutely trashed which was aesthetically unpleasing to the eye and also a horrible environment to shop in, but the cashier I dealt with was a complete jerk. Good solid F21 that carries F21+. I usually stop by here when I am at Roosevelt Field.

By far the majority of my clothing is from this store. Everything is very affordable and i love the hunt for the best deal on the newest trend. only downfall is that the materials are cheap so they dont last too long and not everything fits great. the plus i there is soo much to choose from ur bound to find something great. there newer line love 21, it s bit priceier but still very reasonable, the quality an fit are much better and the style is a bit more business/ mature read more

You would think that if the employees see a line wrapped around the store that they would open up another register. Instead, they continue to talk amongst themselves with no care in the world.
