My car was totaled and they were called by the police. The insurance company was going to pick it up from them. Hadn't been there but about 2 days and they already sent lien paperwork to DMV. Absolutely crazy. read more

Hidden prices. Threatening. Quoted us one price and then when we came to pick up the car, the price had doubled. Agreed on the phone to pick up the car on a certain day, but then before that day even came, they were threatening to auction our car if we didn't come already. Very rude and threatening behavior. They don't work around your schedule. Very aggressive. I would not use this company again. If you do have the misfortune of using them get absolutely everything in writing ahead of time because their story will change read more

Terrible service. Lied and listed the vehicle for auction prior to any agreement. He got mad when we sold it to someone else and placed a lien against it. DO NOT trust this man, especially I'd you are a female. read more

Sonny answered the phone when I called at 3 in the morning after having a car accident in Hampton, VA. One of the worst nights of my life and he made the night easier to handle by towing my vehicle from the hospital to my home in Richmond, VA. He was punctual and professional and absolutely affordable! I am a woman and I say this because it's hard for ladies to trust someone to come in the middle of the night in a location you are unsure of and he just made the whole experience better. I recommend this company to everyone I know and if I ever need another tow for any reason, hopefully not a car accident, but either way I will call this company first always! Thank you so much Sonny for your help in a trying time for me. read more

My car needed to be towed and Mr.Sonny was there in minutes! He rescued me twice in one day... both cars were acting up and he handled it. One broke down on the highway in busy traffic and he was able to maneuver tight spaces to get my car towed! I highly recommend it for your towing.. morning or night! He's professional and nice to work with.. reasonable prices too.. read more

My husband was out of town and I locked my keys in my car during rainy night. Sonny was prompt in his coming and very efficient in opening the door. Was so kind and understanding to come as far as he did. Recommend him to anyone needing assistance. read more

Do NOT take your car to Forest Park. Yesterday they told me I needed to change my two Left tires and brakes. I did that. Today I take the car back for reinspection. After a two hour wait, the same guy says I need a new Right rear tire. He didn't see this yesterday? When I questioned him, he said, "It's not my fault." Then I took my car to the tire shop, and the man there tells me my tire should pass inspection as it is and said I should take it elsewhere. I took his advice and my car passed. If you have time and money to waste, this is the place to go. I wouldn't go back here if it was the last inspection station on the Peninsula. read more
