First off, they randomly patrol apartment complexes and snatch cars, especially around holidays you will pay (240). I called them over 20 times with no answer when they finally responded (around 7), it was through rude text messages instead of actually picking up the phone like a legitimate business. The decal sticker they provided to our complex is so cheap it crumbles up and falls off, which is exactly what happened to mine. Even though I showed proof of residency and my lease agreement, they gave me no grace and still held my car hostage until I paid. When I asked for their contract with my complex, they refused to provide it until I got the police involved. That says everything you need to know about how shady this company operates. Their so-called "lot" is in the middle of the boondocks on a dark, janky road with no lights, definitely unsafe if you have to go at night( DON'T!!!)And don't believe their claim about being 24 hours; that's a straight up lie. This place feels less like a legitimate business and more like a spotter towing scam. Unprofessional, rude, and dishonest .
