Hear are my thoughts on some negative points about the C40 made by professional reviewers: - Back window - It is small, but the large side mirrors make up for it. So I cannot see, through the back window, the top of a truck that is 500 feet behind me. So what. - Space in the rear - the xc40 has more space. But the extra height made the car feel a little unsteady to me, and louder. - Time to learn 1-foot pedal driving - Once you drive for an hour - you got it and you won't go back to using the brake. - Time to charge - I charge at a public place (Wawa Evgo) - 35 minutes to go from 20% to 80%. I spend 15 minutes wasting gas in line at Costco. - Low mileage range - temperature, type of driving, and speed all impact mileage. Do not believe any of the automaker's mileage claims - yours will be different. It will be less.

I had them replace the latch to my trunk and they called me and told me it would be $500 for it to be fixed or $300 for them to put everything back together with the broken latch. They never gave me the estimate before starting the work so I had no choice but to pay the $500. I went back to them later because my exhaust was smoking and I needed some additional work for a car inspection. They did the repairs I needed for the inspection and charged me for that knowing that I probably had a blown headgasket. Later that week my check engine light came back on and thats when they broke the bad news to me. They just want your money and they dont care how long of a repeat customer you are. Ive lost thousands of dollars over the years to this shop since my family recommended them but I dont plan on ever returning.
