Our driveway was 6 inches lower than our garage and the walkway wasn't lined up to the driveway or patio. After a few outrageously expensive estimates from several companies and a few aggressive sales pitches I came across Concrete Chiropractor. The estimation process was simple as they asked me to take pictures and included a guide on how to do it. They followed up with a phone call and explained the process to me. They then sent me a DocuSign document (contract) and told me they would be in touch to schedule in a few weeks. When the crew showed up they again explained the process and in just a few hours everything was fixed perfectly and the price was fair. In fact they don't haggle or play games just give a fair price for the work.

Fortunately it was his experience that steered us to a unit that was likely in stock and would prevent an extended back-order waiting period. Once the unit arrived, his team was immediately dispatched in full protective gear for the install. However, it was once the install was completed we realized we chose the right contractor. A small install hiccup brought Mike himself to our home at 8:00 at night to correct. THAT'S what you expect from a top caliber company. Something you really don't see in contractors these days. Everyone was super friendly, responsive, and professional. My husband described the crew as working as if they were working on their own yard because they were taking such care. We will be using this service now on an ongoing basis, for weekly mowing, seasonal clean-up, pruning, etc., and for whatever else comes up! We live on a decent size lot, an acre, and the yard and beds, shrubs, etc., had not been maintained for a long time, prior owner made some bad selections, etc. So, this was a big job. Removed 10 ENORMOUS shrubs, installed dozens of new plants/trees, huge spring clean up, installed 21 cubic yards of mulch, weed preventative, created overall landscape design, relocated some existing shrubs, used existing field stones to create perimeter for beds. Plus, willing to go extra mile to do extras that I did not expect, like removing tree limbs that needed removal either because of pre-existing damage or for health of tree. Update: the original review was written about 18 months ago. We continue to use Princeton Lawn and Landscapes for all our lawn and landscape needs. We continue to be very happy and highly recommend them to everyone! Tom continues to go above and beyond to make sure we are happy with any of the work his team does for us.
