This last chimney was actually leaning and multiple bricks along the length of the chimney also needed replacing. The old brick pieces were painstakingly removed and replaced. I was worried that the new brick would stand out from the old, but Matt sourced used brick that match perfectly! The pointing also cured beautifully.
