Once we signed a contract and locked in the start date - the workers showed up on schedule. They proceeded to treat the house - repairs where needed, applying new stucco to respective areas and figuring out a paint match. The workers came back after a few days, timing the painting with good weather. The execution completed over 3 weeks start to finish. Overall the estimate and bid process, scheduling , communication during production, the workers themselves and the quality of the job itself all went perfectly. The person could not schedule the inspection unless the call came from the sales agent. Apparently thats the only way "her computer lets her schedule" The inspection itself was not adequate. The inspector Dave seemed to speed through the inspection. We noticed one leak in the ejector pipe but failed to mention that in his report. Attention to detail and quality of service that you would expect from an inspection company is simply not there. This was a complete waste of my money.

I had noticed that the kitchen stove was tilting down at the left rear corner. In addition, a…read morecloset door along the same wall had started closing by itself. Just as others have said, calling and talking with Susan was a great first contact with the business. Unlike many service companies, she is quite familiar with the company and its approach to their work. (I later learned that she had been a customer and eventually started working with them - a truly excellent review in itself.) It turned out that the ends of some of the joists in the crawl space were resting on crumbling 70 year old concrete. The solution was to employ a metal support beam from close to the entrance of the crawl space all the way to the back wall as close to the crumbing side wall as possible to support the leaning joists. Once the work was done, I was surprised to see that nothing seemed to have changed. I was advised to wait a few days and that they would look to come back to make final adjustments in a couple of months. Three days later, the closet door stopped closing by itself. By the end of the week, it stayed put wherever on its path I moved it to. Another week and I could see that the low corner of the range had improved a little. It's been a bit more than a month now and I have gradually lost my fear that the kitchen floor would collapse as I was cooking. The cost was exactly as quoted, although they did more work than they had originally planned to. Just Dry Basement is an excellent, fully professional organization. I suggest that you call them without any hesitation. I can tell you that I have received no remuneration of any kind for writing this positive review and feel sure that no one else has either. They are simply that good!
