Where to begin... after many chances at curbside pickup it is fair to say that this location is the…read moreabsolute worst curbside pickup location I have ever been to. I have been sitting in my car for 20 minutes and there are no other vehicles for curbside pickup. I don't understand why they have curbside pickup if they take the customer in store pickups first and completely ignore the curbside pickup people. The purpose of curbside is so that customers can drive up and get their orders faster than going in the store and making the online purchase. therefore it baffles me that I AM STILL WAITING in my car waiting I still don't have my order 2each of one part number/ item. They just need to do away with curbside pickup wTF is wrong with these people here. And they only get one start because I'm required to give a star or o can't make a review which this location deserves none for their curbside service.

If the corporate level is rude how can you expect the local employees to perform at a professional level. My experience started during the ice storm and still continues today. I had a home remodel so I had to purchase everything. I had to redo Bathrooms, kitchen, flooring carpet\vinyl paint sheet rock, water heater. I had a complete gut job. I was treated so poorly by all levels of the Home Depo employees. They were the mean, hateful , rude, and just down right disrespectful. They showed absolutely no concern what I as a customer was going through during the ice storm event in Texas. I felt like I was being treated as though I was a pain in their butt. I spent a whole of money at the Home Depo and to be treated like crap was just mind blogging. I am a senior struggling to stay in my home and working to make end meet. May I say if I knew what I know now. I would of taken my business else where. I will never do business with your store again. My I also, suggest that you should be careful of the way you treat people, you could suffer the same treatment as I experienced when you get old. The store that treated my poorly is the Burleson store, 300 NW John Jones Burleson, Texas 76028 , Store Manager is Sandra Allen, Laura Roldan, District Service Manager Corp level Dan, General Manager and a number of other employees Jessica Hataway Kitchen & Bath Interior Designer Tito, Flooring all employees under Sandra Allen supervision. I was treated like trash by these employees. DO NOT GO TO THE BURLESON HOME DEPO

After being a loyal customer for over 15 years, I'll never step foot into Foster's Ace Hardware…read moreagain. I was there today (2/5/25) to have some copies made of a key, a key that I've had duplicated more than several times at Foster's. In fact, I've never had this key duplicated anywhere else. I was told by an older male employee who was called up front to make the keys that I'd never had that key duplicated there, that I must have went to another Ace Hardware. I tried to explain that no, I've never been anyplace else, but he was hell-bent on being right and me being wrong. So I guess I'm either stupid and have no clue where I've gone in the past to have this one key duplicated (Foster's is just over a 10 minute walk from my house), or I'm just flat-out lying for some reason about where I've gotten the key duplicated. I was literally dumbstruck for a moment, as I've never been talked to in such a way from an employee of any establishment. So I asked the guy why is he calling me a liar, he said he wasn't calling me a liar, so my question is if you're not calling me a liar, then what are you calling me? I said I've had the key duplicated here, he said no I did not. I'm pretty sure that's accusing me of lying. He got very rude to me, and yes, I got ugly with him as well. I don't respond very well to being called a liar (or someone insinuating that I'm lying when I'm not). Calling someone a liar, even insinuating that someone is lying, is a complete attack on someone's character. The only thing worse than accusing someone of lying is being wrongfully accused of being a thief. And I won't stand for it. I'll give you a million reasons to be mad at me, but lying will never be one of those reasons. If he had any doubts, he could've simply said "we don't make these copies anymore", or "I understand that while yes, you've had this key duplicated here in the past, we're unable to duplicate this key", or something, anything other than what he said. Yes, as I said, I got ugly with him also, but it really angered me to be called a liar. My money, and others like me who appreciate the mom and pop small business hardware stores, keep small businesses like Foster's open. You not only bit one of the hands that feed you, but you insulted me in a way I've never been insulted before. I've been a customer of Foster's since 2008, I've spent many thousands of dollars there, and from January 2020 to December 2024, I've spent over $8500 at Foster's. Not at all a life-changing amount of money, but that money will be spent elsewhere thanks to one extremely rude employee, who sadly brought out the worst in me. It's upsetting to me as I always enjoyed shopping there. I signed up for Yelp just to write this one review.

They resolved that issue, but the delivery came all bundled up at 7 am I couldn't count them all because of the way they were packaged so I did not give the driver the pink copy confirming all products were there. When our contractor gets started we noticed we were shorted 40 pieces. They of course won't rectify their mistake and kept $270 worth of material that we never received. I did however take a picture on delivery where you can clearly count there isn't 190 pieces of the materials I paid for. Save yourself money and frustration and chose any other company.

I called on 10/17 and inquired as to stock and if the sheets were indeed 1/2 not 7/16 and Brianna said YES they are 1/2 in. I came in to purchase the next morning 10/18 and was told by the young man at the counter he didnt know if they had 1/2.. few mins later another young man comes back and assures me these were indeed 1/2 in.. He knew he was lying cause he lowered price by .50 per sheet. I paid, they loaded and when I got home I see the sheets in small print do say 7/16... When I called back all I got was sorry - no offer to refund and make right. What a horrible sorry way to do business. I drove an hour to get here. They were nice and friendly enough while they lied to me though... I would call that completely unprofessional. Also, I did send message back on fb after I called and what a shocker, they chose to ignore (didnt ignore when I was shopping for stuff!) If they do this on sales I cant imagine doing business with them for roofing and gutters... Avoid...
