Update 7.5.2025: Wickford left the brand new Bosch Dishwasher dead and not operating. Wickford did…read morehowever place the Dishwasher under my counter in the hole left by the previous unit. I contacted a licensed Electrician, whom I have used before, to repair the damage left by Wickford. The Electrician repaired the main power panel for the house and rewired the power connection for the Dishwasher to code. Wickford refunded the cost of the installation and the cost of the Electrician. I have been receiving many unsolicited phone calls from Wickford regarding the removal of this review, which I will not do since I did nothing but watch this fiasco evolve. My recommendation; the Bosch was a bit over priced but provides good results, I would however consider an alternative supplier unless you enjoy the aggravation. I know I will certainly consider others in the future, given the aggravation it caused which was not asked for.

I tried to find a replacement Shark floor attachment but could not find one. I took the floor attachment to Wakefield Sewing and Vacuum and asked if they would be able to repair the hose. The woman with whom I spoke said no, I would need to buy a new attachment. I said I was unable to find one online, and asked if there was a hose part that could be used to replace the split hose, I asked if there was a universal rod and floor attachment, I asked many questions to try to resolve the broken part and each question I had was responded with No, No, No. There was not a single suggestion they could provide that would help me. When I went home, I went online and sure enough, there are hose replacement parts for that attachment. There are universal floor attachment rods and floor attachments. I guess they just didn't want my business.
