They go above and beyond every time, are thorough with their work, will fight the insurance companies if need be, and ultimately deliver a finished product that I believe is better than the big car shops that like to position themselves as the best. Bigger is not always better and JADI proves that time and again. I hope I never need an auto body shop again, but in the likelihood that I do, as long as I'm within 40-50 miles of JADI, the cars will always go here. They fixed the bumper and, in the process, they damaged the front hood of my car because they were negligent and touched it up with a very bad paint job. They quickly recognized the urgency in my request, as I drive a G63, Mercedes Benz G-Wagon which I paid 250k for. Instead of the traditional appt in a few days, they offered to come to me, and were at my residence in 20 minutes. They assured me quickly that the issues I had were cosmetic and could easily be corrected in less than an hr. It was about 2 or 3pm that day so they told me to stop by the next morning.
