After two visits and a biopsy performed by him that took months to heal his diagnosis was basically he did not know? Two years of Dr. Visits, E.R. visits, mental and physical health issues and virtually all my hair falling out accompanied by this destroying my life I did my own testing with an independent lab. While waiting for the results I seen Dr. Wollner again in June 2022, only to be patronized and shooshed off with some ridiculous diagnosis in which is so far from the correct one it is absurd. I received the results back from the lab Dr. Wollner. Shame on you for having such a god like complex and refusing to listen to a patient. Your lack of knowledge and lack of listening skills caused me two years of unnecessary pain, ridicule and losing not on myself, but my looks have diminished my mental health has been affected, I have lost jobs because of this, it has affected my sobriety and just in general I have become a recluse compared to a once outgoing and beautiful woman. This has damaged all relationships in my life and the blame goes directly onto you for your idiotic diagnosis not once but twice. Most of the positive reviews here are fake. If you've had a good experience here, you're lucky. Keep in mind that they aren't aware of all proper injection procedures or how to treat you if they make a mistake. You're really taking a chance.

The facial I received was excellent - my skin felt nourished and was glowing afterward. The esthetician (cannot remember her name) was very friendly and offered various products that would work well for my skin. My last two recent visits have been for laser hair reduction/removal - the tech Nicholette is friendly and knowledgeable! After 1 laser hair removal I had very minimal hair growth after 4 weeks. I just completed my 2nd therapy today. The laser Revive uses is quiet and quick - the whole process maybe takes 10 minutes (so much quicker than waxing!) the laser is painless and is said to cause slight soreness the next day, but I did not experience this. Very well tolerated and is a definite must for those of you who are tired of shaving and/or waxing/sugaring!
