Fast forward to a few months ago: I had a back pain that wouldn't go away, but thought it was just something pinched that maybe yoga could fix. Yoga didn't fix it. So I called Chris. I've been going every couple weeks since and I just can't explain to you how amazing he is. Not only does he make me feel 1000x better, but he's one of the kindest people I've met. He's quick, efficient, but explains what he's doing, is compassionate, answers questions, and is just so nice. I haven't met the other doctors in the office but my guess is they're just as wonderful as Dr. Smith! The facility is nice and clean, and the front desk staff are always very nice and helpful! Even if you don't think you "need" to see a chiropractor, I bet after one visit to Dr. Smith you'll feel amazing!

Dr. Amin's wife is always very welcoming, adding to the warm atmosphere. The price for adjustments is very reasonable, and the location is convenient. I also love the design of the waiting area--really nice and comfortable. The fact that he's open on Saturdays is a huge plus for me with my busy work schedule. Hands down, he's the best in North Liberty, and to top it off, he has a great sense of humor!

Instead of a constructive conversation, I was hung up on by the receptionist. Shortly after, I received a text message stating that my appointment had been canceled. I understand that cancellations can be inconvenient for service providers, but clients deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy. A simple conversation would have gone a long way.
