He bought the belt and then has the nerve to ask me to pay for the belt. I hesitated but started whining like a little baby that he has to buy his daughter Easter stuff. I gave in. The belt cost $31.99 and I gave him a $50 and told him to take the rest off the bill. Again should of seen red flags, yup never showed back up and ghosted my phone calls and text messages. I was sent to Forda auto repairs by a friend. After an attempted $1200.00+ repair bill from a Cadillac dealer , Chris was able to fix my car for under $200.00 ! Since then I have gone only to him . His shop may appear in disorder to be nice , so if neatness is an issue you better stay away. But if you want QUALITY REPAIRS and an honest guy, Chris Ford is your man. Chris Ford at Ford'a Repairs is personable, hospitable, and HONEST. We had our power steering go out and were stranded at motel 6 for several days waiting for a pump and reservoir to arrive. When it arrived, he had it replaced within a couple of hours, and he fixed some hoses that were damaged that we missed. We thought he was going to charge us much more because we were from out of town. I can't say enough about him. A++ read more

It's not an overstatement to say they allowed me to drive away in a car that should not have been on the road. It was a safety hazard to me and other drivers. They exacerbated one of the worst periods of time in my life. Their shoddy work cost me a lot of money, paid to them for my "repair" and then fixing what they broke when I returned home.
