Right from the start I should of seen the red flags. Called around noon time and he said he would be out in a hour or so, 4:50pm he showed up. After about 30 minutes he said he doesn't have a tool to remove a bracket to remove the belt. Said he has to go ge the tool and would be back at 8:30pm. I waited 15 more minutes which was 12:45 the man at the desk said my vehicle had not been taken back. No one bothered to tell me they were running behind or tell me anything.
