The class itself was organized, professional, and helpful. My son took the SAT and did really well. Once we learned that the high school was going to give another SAT test to all of the juniors, my son was able to sit in on even more classes to help bone-up for the next test. I was really impressed with how accommodating they were...and how invested they are in trying to get the best test score out of your kid.

I attended to the McKinney building on Eldorado parkway From the moment we arrived, he was unfriendly and unprofessional. He didn't greet us, was rude to my mom while she was signing paperwork, and his overall attitude made me feel uncomfortable. After my driving test, I felt that I wasn't treated fairly. When I looked over my score sheet, I noticed mistakes marked that I genuinely believe I completed correctly. I also felt that what he told me in the car didn't match what he later told my mom, which was confusing and frustrating. I left feeling discouraged, and experiences like this can have a real impact on someone's confidence and mental well-being. Every student deserves to be treated with respect and evaluated fairly. I maybe even encounter some racism unfortunately I recommend asking about your instructor beforehand if possible and making sure you're comfortable with who you'll be testing with. My experience was unfortunately not a positive one.

My…read moreBIGGEST CONCERN is that as a mother I don't believe a man changing a 2 year old girl diaper is acceptable especially without communicating with the parents. I have spoken with some parents and have came in conclusion that we were manipulated because initially we were told he was the music teacher and months later he transitioned into changing little girls diapers secretly. This has been a traumatic situation on all aspects. For me personally, I teach my daughter that no man should be down there meanwhile unknowingly a man has been changing her diaper in which her DAD doesn't even do... not to mention...The Director/ staff failed to notify the parents such as myself of these changes and under no circumstances should it be tolerated despite their lack of staff or excuses. Although this school is under investigation, this review is to shed light where there is darkness. Please don't take this review as a angry parent venting but rather take it from a safety perspective. This school gets new staff often but do not teach the staff to verify the parent before handing off children, my husband has had the wrong child brought to his vehicle and have addressed the importance of verifying parents before giving away children. If sanitation is a factor please understand that this school allows kids to share binkys (pacifiers) and bring them home. Although, some parents might be ok with their child sharing them I feel that it should be communicated. We couldn't have asked for a better place and people to take care of our baby. The whole staff is amazing and treat the kids like their own. Sara is the best leader any daycare can have , she makes the place so much fun for kids! Cannot thank the teachers enough to be always on their toes for the kids. It's not overcrowded during the tutoring or in the waiting area, as I've seen in more "known" tutoring companies". My son is receiving tutoring in math. In just 2 weeks, his confidence level increased and continues to grow every week following. He has had a few different tutors helping him, depending on the day of his session, and each one of them has been kind, thorough, and they make sure he understands completely before his 30 min session ends. The owner really cares about the kids coming to her tutoring center. She makes time to answer any and all questions from parents, and shows kids' progression in a positive manner. In the waiting area, every child that walks out of tutoring has a smile on their face and is ready to share with their parents what they've learned/accomplished. When the kids are happy about tutoring, that's all I need to know that I've made the right choice with Gideon!
