I looked up tenderleaf on the BBB's website trying to figure out how to contact them since they ignore my website inquiries and he is the owner of that company, James Tran. Stay away from this company and this guy, he is a scam artist.

Katrina the manager told her she would get her deposit and half a months rent. That was three months ago and she keeps contacting the manager and is told it's up to the owner but refuses to give her the name and number of the responsible party. My granddaughter lost her job because of Covid 19 and could use the money. Now Katrina is hanging up on her. The park might be OK for a short visit but not if you have to give a deposit.

Instructions were left near the main door, and all was very understandable and easy to follow. If you give a Texas RV park a one star because their trees are too small, leads me to believe that the park may not be the problem

This place is well, just okay…read more It has a great location on the north side of town. But unfortunately, there are zero trees here. Not even little starter saplings. With exception of the huge oak by the office. The lots are nice and level. The staff was very kind and inviting. But it's just, lacking when it's so incredibly hot in Texas summers. I realize trees are expensive and take forever to grow. But make the investment! It'll pay off dividends. The park had what looked like a nice pool. Had a little horse pen setup for your dogs to run around in. One great thing was the grass in-between the sites didn't have any sticker burrs in it. So the dogs feet were thankful for that. I don't dislike this place, I'll probably stay here again. But give the place some more character :) Syoy
