However, my event for 65 went off without any issues. The owner, Nicholas worked with me closely to develop a menu which was unique (I hate Italian buffets) but budget conscious. In addition to phone calls and emails, he came out to our venue multiple times to ensure that a plan was in place and that all city requirements were met.
