GradePower Learning has changed our daughter's life for the better! 3 years ago she was struggling…read morethrough second grade, behind in reading, and rapidly losing confidence. The advice we received from teachers at school to read more at home didn't seem to be helping, and my husband and I though often about holding her back a year to "catch up". After her initial assessment, we felt, for the first time, that our daughter had actually been seen. They were able to identify the very specific areas she was struggling, so we quickly had a plan to help her develop the skills she needed to bring her up to grade level. It was comforting to know we were investing our time helping her in the areas she needed it most. 3 years later, our girl is thriving in school. It's so much fun to see things click for her as she accesses the tools she's acquired at GradePower. She now loves to read and will even read out loud in church or class, and feels confident amongst her peers. GradePower has a system that works, and our time there would have been worth it for the academics alone. What I didn't expect was the amazing relationships we would also develop. The teachers there truly love my girl. They didn't see her as a "problem student" like the teachers at school. They saw her strengths and potential, and they poured into her to help her grow. I have always felt like the teachers and staff have been on her team. It truly is such a special place, and we are so grateful!

Every day when I'd pick up my son, I would see Ruth talking with a parent or myself about milestones being made. It felt like private tutoring. They appreciate kids that don't fit in the standard box and helped me learn my own child's strengths and his preferred ways to learn. My boy is totally prepared for kindergarten, thanks to GradePower. Ruth's and Mike's genuine love for kids, and teaching them, is obvious. So glad I discovered them, best summer decision!

Andrew Bryan helped me with academic structure. He was also kind and patient. For that, I'll give…read morecredit. But when it came to actually listening to me about the kind of program I needed, he wouldn't. I told him clearly and repeatedly what I was looking for. He ignored it. He kept pushing placements that directly contradicted what I told him. There was no trust, no collaboration--just insistence. Eventually, he recommended a program I had already found on my own--one that he had previously dismissed. That's the kind of guidance I received. He also referred me to Dr. Parth Gandhi for a psychological evaluation. At the time, Gandhi already had a long trail of red flags--multiple protective orders, over two dozen police interactions, and a 2018 public reprimand for failing to report an arrest for soliciting a prostitute. All of this was public record. Parth was almost as unprofessional as he was evil. He took a month to even get in touch. He refused to let me go back and take the medication I'd forgotten, even though it affected the evaluation. He refused to wear a mask in a public library where the eval took place and nearly got kicked out, jeopardizing the eval. He misrepresented and outright insulted me in the report, refused to send it when I asked (granted, it was already available to me through my mother but she was unavailable at the time), and begged my parents to have me white vanned to a Utah program he, in all likelihood, had financial ties to. My family paid him $6,000. Even before I knew about the monster he was, I had a strong suspicion that he was unqualified. This was in 2022. In 2023, Parth Gandhi killed his own son and then himself while under investigation for rape. Since then, numerous women--patients and colleagues alike--have come forward accusing him of harassment and assault. Andrew never informed us of this after it happened. And it's not as if Andrew and Parth were strangers. Andrew himself vouched for Parth and told us they had worked together a number of times before. As shocked as he may have been, the silence is inexcusable. He referred me to a man with a publicly documented record of misconduct and said nothing after the worst happened. So no, I would not recommend Andrew's services. What would strongly recommend, though, is that Andrew look into the charity that Parth's ex-wife started in her deceased son's name: https://www.gofundme.com/f/om-moses-gandhi-memorial-fund He should also familiarize himself with this website: https://www.i-thrive.org/survivors-of-parth-gandhi

Our son took 2 classes, failed one and dropped out of the second. This is because he spent all day in his room gaming. Also one of his roommates was a criminal selling weed out of our sons room, and this roommate also let his brother live with them as well. Two very unsavory characters, but as Andrew says he cannot control what roommates your child will have. Andrew let me believe all fall term long our son would pull through. I told him he would not and what should we do. Andrew said he would. When he flunked both classes last December, I asked Andrew if the ethical thing to do would be to place our son in treatment for gaming, as this was the reason for failing at the previous two colleges. He said he would "talk" to our son. He decided that I should give him $6,000 more last January and I spent $7,000 on our son's tuition, room and board, books etc... I have not heard from my son since last December. I have begged Andrew for updates as his siblings have heard (he has cut off contact with them as well) he is seriously depressed and not attending school. Would you want to place your child somewhere, where you paid Andrew $13,000 so far and were not allowed updates on your child? Andrew says our son does not want his parents to know about him and Andrew says it is his "duty" to protect his privacy. Huh? I am paying him a fortune to care for him. I think our son is at risk for suicide from depression. Parents, think twice about going this route, unless you have some guarantee that you will be able to find out if your child is even attending college, eating, going to counseling. Emerge...where money comes first and your child...last.
