Mo was a consummate professional, counseling me that the problem had predated the battery replacement, explaining what had caused the current issue, and offering to make a full repair. He then comped my repair because I had (incorrectly!) thought that his battery replacement had caused the damage and he (correctly!) stands by his work. When I realized my mistake and apologized and tried to pay for the repair, he refused to let me and said that he hoped he'd see me again as a customer. I will not only be back, but will share this story with anyone looking for a place that operates with both skill and integrity.
