MY CHIEF complaint with Rainbow is their lack of communication. I contracted with them to pack out, store, clean, paint, unpack & clean. On the most part, they did good. Their employees were hardworking & personable. They misplaced some of my belonging & brought me things that didn't belong to me. Nothing that couldn't be replaced. They compensated me for items . I feel they should have cleaned my floors and removed all the paint from my hardwood floors. Make sure you take many photos of your damage & your belongings. Never having an insurance claim in my house after being a homeowner for more than 50 years, didn't know what to expect to do. I am a professional business person and know that communication is the most important & success of a satisfactory contract. Farm Bureau of SC is my insurance company, they pretty much gave them full range to take care of me & my house, which is a great insurance company. After all these words...Communication is my chief complaint and the fact they didn't finish the job completely in quoted amount of time. The fact I contacted Rainbow International to do the complete job...painting was the worse.
