This morning, he arrived early (I'm a procrastinator so he helped pick up my kids' rooms and even vacuumed for me!), and immediately set to work. My kids had left an entire container of this oily, viscous, dark blue metallic putty on the carpet and it had completely sunken in and adhered to the carpet. I thought it was a lost cause and would just have to be replaced. I almost jokingly asked Antonio if there was anything that could be done and he got right to work. I even threw him a snide "yeah, good luck on that one" as he started. Ten minutes later, it was gone. Man, he put in some serious labor and elbow grease getting it out, but holy cats! It's gone! Given the state of my apartment the price was reasonable. I had some valuable things I left behind and they were very quick to let me know and bring them to me. A very honest company. My apartment charges for anything left unclean so I was worried about charging a cleaning company and then getting charged again if it wasn't a good job. My building was completely satisfied and I would hire them again no problem. :)
