Our white carpets were absolutely filthy, despite my best efforts. I found Helping Hands via Groupon and decided to give it a whirl. Antonio is awesome. We love this guy. This morning, he arrived early (I'm a procrastinator so he helped pick up my kids' rooms and even vacuumed for me!), and immediately set to work. My kids had left an entire container of this oily, viscous, dark blue metallic putty on the carpet and it had completely sunken in and adhered to the carpet. I thought it was a lost cause and would just have to be replaced. I almost jokingly asked Antonio if there was anything that could be done and he got right to work. I even threw him a snide "yeah, good luck on that one" as he started. Ten minutes later, it was gone. Man, he put in some serious labor and elbow grease getting it out, but holy cats! It's gone! I told him then that he had earned my loyalty. He'd be coming back. Period. He was nothing but pleasant, kind, and funny. Not only did he do a fantastic job, but we loved having him.

Called Nick, and he and Brad were out within an hour to assess the damage, and they immediately went to work to start drying out my floors and developing a restoration plan. They followed through on everything that said they would do, and it felt like they were there as advisers rather to just sell me on their services. Both Nick and Brad were empathetic, friendly, courteous and professional. The kind of folks you trust immediately. It is rare to find an entire staff as customer service oriented as the staff at Property Plus. Would recommend to anyone!

Due to inclement weather the request was to specifically wait until rain stopped however Property Plus insisted on bringing in items down the 40 feet path from their truck to the entrance to the house without protecting most of the items. I had to dry off chairs and shelving units that were soaked. The next day, upon inspection of items it became evident one of the sofas was ruined. Both armrests and some of the main body of the sofa were soaked. The smell of decaying fibers was already present therefore needing to be removed right away. A friend helped me since Property Plus did not answer my calls. They later informed me they could "bring fans" to resolve the damage. Bottomline: do not hire this company! .
