After replying letting them know to not come due to them being late, I then received a call. There was no apology or attempts to reschedule. Instead, he asked if and why I couldn't leave a key for them. All of this is unacceptable! Show up on time and value your clients.

The space was very greasy and dirty. The best expectation I had was to make it presentable for distant viewing. I was pleasantly surprised. Alex has done some handyman work for me with the same excellent result as their cleaning service.

I had two days screwed up due to Chem Dry and would not allow them in my home going forward, free or otherwise. Seth responded that he texted me and then showed up at 1 pm. He must have gone to the wrong address because I was ready to head out with my dog and kept opening the front door to check for his vehicle since there was no knock or doorbell ring.. As mentioned, I left at 1:20 pm and Seth did not come prior to my leaving. A phone call would have helped, as I was I'm the area and could have returned. I don't regularly check texts.
