This is a newer apartment complex, but it doesn't look like they really put much into getting the place cleaned up before they put a new tenant in. The bathrooms were dirty and looked like it was just wiped over and the floors were still dirty after 8 swiffer pads were used. Amanda was the first to respond when I contacted a few different cleaning services and they made it out of their way to accommodate us to clean our apartment on short notice. She moved things around to get out here sooner because we needed to move in. I have to say, Amanda and Elvis were exceptional!!! They cleaned the apartment beyond our expectations and got the stains off the carpet that even the apartment carpet cleaning company couldn't take out. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for your home cleaning. I will refer them to anyone looking and because we work in the healthcare industry, cleanliness is very important to us. Thank you Amanda and Elvis for your work and professionalism!!! Great team!!! -Kosal

Hi, my name is Adam, I have been a fan of Heaven's Best for years. Since 2008 My wife and I have…read moreowned and operated a carpet cleaning business in Greenville. We use the Hot water extraction system, also known as steam cleaning method. I have a great deal of respect for Heaven's Best and I wholeheartedly recommend their services. I saw a couple subpar reviews and wanted to post a few tips from an industry expert/ insider to help savvy shoppers both understand the different cleaning methods and explain why I am proud to refer customers to Heaven's Best. We have worked for years with Scott and Heaven's Best and frequently refer clients to them when we are overbooked or who are a better fit for low moisture cleaning. Heaven's Best offers many services we do not including hardwood floor cleaning and exterior home maintenance. As far as carpet cleaning specifically, both steam cleaning and bonnet cleaning have pros and cons, As the one review mentioned, for certain situations steam cleaning may be preferable. Scott or Sarah are happy to diagnose your specific concerns when you call. If it is a specialty job they may even refer you to us for carpet repairs etc. It is important to explain your needs In detail to make sure which service is best for you. Many times we will get calls asking 'how much for 4 rooms?' But to make sure it's the right fit we have to ask specific questions. The more details you can provide the better. There are several important benefits to cleaning carpet with the bonnet system that Heaven's Best uses. The amount of drying time is one of the biggest benefits, it is dry almost instantly after they clean. This can be critical if you operate a business that must always be open, carpet that is dry is much safer and reduces your liability for slips and falls. The key is understanding what you are needing, in some situations steam cleaning may be a better fit (extensive pet damage or certain stains for example). I know from personal experience that Heaven's Best customer service is top notch, but as with anything they can't make a situation right if someone has concerns and doesn't let them know. Posting a negative review without contacting a service company to me is not very fair or kind. Today my wife and I met to give an elderly lady a quote for her carpet needs. She had concerns with her carpet being left too damp and also has a cat that she was afraid would run out, but that she could not catch easily, and since our deep cleaning method would leave her carpet damp for several hours, it would have been longer then would work for her so we happily recommended Heaven's Best. And of course we wanted to make sure she didn't slip or that her cat escaped. Another advantage of Heaven's Best is they do not need vacuum or pressure hoses like carpet cleaning truckmounts do. I have personally worked with Scott and watched him save dirty dorm room carpets that I didn't think would come clean. To be honest I used to think steam cleaning was the only way to clean carpet, but after seeing their system in action I am impressed with the bonnet cleaning method! And Heaven's Best is a great company, they will do a great job for you! Thank you for reading

I had two days screwed up due to Chem Dry and would not allow them in my home going forward, free or otherwise. Seth responded that he texted me and then showed up at 1 pm.
