Unfortunately, my barber was still working on his prior appointment. No problem as the offered me a cold drink from the fridge. The had Mordelo beer or Diet Cokes. I had a Diet Coke. We got started about 15 minutes late. He asked how I wanted it cut and explained that I like it tight on the sides, etc. he asked me a couple more questions to clarify and he went to work. We made a little small talk while each barber's workspace had their tv's playing. But for example, he's been cutting hair for about 8 years and had two kiddos. Not from Tucson but says it's growing on him. My favorite part comes at the end. You get a wet razor around the ears, a hot towel and a short shoulder massage that helps you relax! The haircut turned out nice and I got it short like I like it. Most likely will go back.

My primary complaint is with the owner who does not seem to respect his patrons time as he has made me wait up to an hour past appointment times without care or consideration of my time. To be honest he is arrogant and not worthy of my business or respect. I refuse to support a business that could care less of their customers and instead of acknowledging faults blow them off.

I went there earlier than my appointment time and was helped quickly by another barber. It was the nice Latino gentleman barber in the first chair. If I could make a suggestion it would be to have name tags by stations of the people on duty. The price was reasonable $30 dollars for what I had done. The parking spaces in front of the barber shop are limited, but I utilized the parking lot across the street. A short walk won't hurt you none. Give them a try.
