I couldn't be more impressed with the work these gentlemen do. As soon as you walk in the door you are promptly greeted by all of the barbers. They have TVs playing sports for you to watch on each side of the shop. The haircuts are reasonably priced and all of the barbers know what they are doing. I have been to at least six different "barber shops" in Tucson and Sunny's is the first place I have consistently come back to because of the quality hair cuts they provide at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Sunny's and regularly refer my friends here. read more

Great haircuts, walked in with out an appointment, one minute wait time. I liked the cut, trimmed my eyebrows, all was good.

I felt at home from the 1st time I visited Sunny's. Great atmosphere at a great price. Not to mention a great cut.

My Dad needed a new barber and this is now going to be his go to place. I took him in last week with no appointment. They were super friendly and super cool. They took care of him and he was very happy with the service. In addition they even had a senior price which was the icing on top! read more

Awesome group of barbers. Friendly and engaging. I have been going there for over 12 years, never disappointed. Sunny, Sam and Andres have always make time to "squeeze" me in even without I an appointment. Great guys. read more

This is a locally owned barber shop in a small strip mall next to Jethro's. They do have some turn over in barbers but I have never had a bad haircut here no matter who gives. Regular haircut is $15 and that was a recent raise in prices. Be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes as they are always busy and they operate on a first come first serve basis. read more

What kind of a MENS barber shop takes appointments?! Wasted my time Sunny, your dude had NOBODY else waiting and told me "No Way"

"Between the cradle and the grave lie a haircut and a shave." -Samuel Hoffenstein, poet/ screenwriter Sam Hoffenstein, you know, Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde? Wizard of Oz? No? Anybody? Getting my haircut is nice. It lets the ladies know I care, and it keeps me from looking like ol' Saddam Hussein when they pulled him out of his hidey-hole. Being a pussy is one thing, looking like a crazy homeless escapee is another. Where was the pride Saddam? I digress, per usual. I like Sunny's Barbershop. Nothing fancy, just old school cuts under $20. Heck seniors pay like $11. I wonder when I get that rate. Hmmmmm, something to look forward too. Here's how I know this joint is legit- Tiny old grampas, dads and their sons, trendy young dandys- all get their trim at Sunny's. When you cut a demographic like that, you're gold. Hair's to you Sunny's! (Yeah okay...it's not as easy as it looks) P.S. My wife said I looked very neat and handsome. Thanks Sunny's...it's no mean feat. read more

Bummer. Everywhere online states this place is open until 3:00 PM on Mondays. Showed up at 1:00 and the doors were locked yet customers were walking out. I'm not sure why they decided to lock the doors but driving here was a waste of gas and time. read more

Let me just say, that I have tried tons of locations before finding Sunny's and I must say, that Andres is my Barber for life! I have been getting my hair cut at Sunny's for years, and I have gotten my hair cut by all the barbers, but Andres for me is the best for my type of hair cut. If there is ever a wait, it is never a problem, because they do quality work. I don't care how long I have to wait, I wait for Andres to cut my hair. The price is excellent and they always make you feel at home at Sunny's. Check it out, you will not regret it. This is just the best place for a good haircut, hands down. read more

Busy place means lots of pleased customers and add me to the list. Just needed a trim & iyt went perfectly and at a great price! read more

This is THE place on the East side of Tucson to get a great haircut at a unbeatable price...$13!!! as of this review. There are 4 chairs so the wait times, even on typically busy Saturday mornings, are short. I've never have had to wait longer than 30mins and often you can walk in and with no wait. The guys here are super friendly and expert barbers who always make sure you are satisfied with the finished cut. So if you would rather pay $20+ or have some trainee working around your head with sharp tools, then go to a G#^@&Clips, S*&#%Cuts or other 'take-a-number-mega-salon'. But if you are looking for a quality haircut, a great price and a pleasant experience, check out this local place. read more

I've been going to Sunny's since it opened 25+ years ago. Only barber in Tucson that cuts my hair!

Great service at a great price! AJ hooked me up with a dope fade, and he was cool to talk to. Had great conversation and got a great cut for an amazing price. Didn't have to wait long at all and neither did other customers, but the service is quality and AJ definitely took his time on my haircut. Will be returning read more

I have been coming here for the last couple of months to get my hair done by Dre and he's been great. He always does a good job and is a true master at his craft. read more

I have been taking my 1 year old son for his chops here for a few months now. My childhood friend works here and has been for 10 plus years. He's a master at his craft and he takes pride in his work. He does so well with my son and is patient with him. I go early Saturdays because that's the only time I have to take my son for a chop, and we are in and out within half an hour. I observe all the other barbers and they're just as good as Dre (my son's barber.) I've also have brought my 5 year old nephew, and he says that's the best haircut he has ever gotten :) All types of heads come to get their cut here at the shop & they look so fresh & confident after their cuts. It's awesome to see their work and aftermath. They have TVs to entertain their clients and sometimes they bring in doughnuts for the clients lol. Seems like everyone that comes in, they are treated like family. They treat myself and my son really well and make sure we are taken care of. My son will be coming here for a very long time that's for sure. read more

Best Barber In Tucson hands down. Very Friendly and sooper clean cuts. $13 a cut not to bad.

Great place...super friendly atmosphere!! Best haircut Ive had in Tucson!

I took my son here for his first hair cut and they did an amazing job! They were all very nice guys and reasonably priced!

Decent barber shop on the east side. There are 4 chairs and if you are a regular you could be waiting for your barber depending on who it is(2nd chair) for up to an hour depending how many people are in front of you. Last chair Andres usually takes all first timers and whoever is not waiting and he is probably the best barber they have. Overall it's not a bad place it's a real barber shop! read more

I've been coming to sunny's for a couple of months now and I haven't had a bad cut yet. There are only 4 chairs so you could be waiting for a few but it's a great environment for adults and kids alike. read more

Your choice of four excellent barbers, but I always choose Mr. Sam to clean up my look. He's a former Marine like me, so he knows what I'm looking for. I'm not talking about a high and tight, no sir. Marines can't stand any hair touching the ears, but I also have never ascribed to the "moto" look. An easy medium reg for me, please. Sam gets it right every time. Five stars for Sunny's Barber Shop. read more

This used to be a great shop. Now its become unprofessional and adolescent. Sat in the waiting room with my 85 year old Dad, myself and three other people, while we watched one of three barbers go out to the parking lot, looking at some guys car that was damaged by his ex. When he got inside, he called the wrong guy up to his chair (out of turn) and had old homey day with a guy he obviously knew. The two of them chatted and giggled over pictures on the customer phone for 5 minutes. When I called them out, they felt they weren't being treated like men. Truth is, when there is work to do, men do the work. If you go, forget about the second chair from the door, cause there is no doubt customers do not come first. read more
