In August, I stopped by in person to check on them since I hadn't received a call. At that point, staff could not locate my shoes and said they would contact me once they found them. These were Vince flats that cost nearly $400. Since then, I have called multiple times, only to be placed on hold until the call disconnects. No one has followed up, and there has been no attempt to take responsibility or resolve the issue. My shoes have either been misplaced or stolen, and the lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.

They even sell items like crock charms, socks, jewelry, Body products and a wide variety of male clothes as well. Everyone in there is so nice and friendly and easy check out. I don't think I've ever bought anything that tore after a few wears or that shrunk.
