I worked with Grace, the owner of Wonace. Grace's help was invaluable and integral to getting me the wheelchair, power-assisted wheels, and seat cushion I needed. When I started the process to obtain new medical equipment I could not find a medical equipment company that would work with my insurance company. I have a medicare advantage plan that did not have established relationships with custom wheelchair vendors. I had to go out-of-network. It required extra effort on Grace's part to become an approved vendor. The other medical device companies I called, Travis Medical for example, did not want to be bothered. It took about 7 months from start to finish to receive the medical equipment. Grace and her company Wonace were there helping me every step of the way. Every obsticle medicare and my insurance company put in our path, Grace helped me overcome (and there were many). Her patience and professionalism through this long ordeal was exemplary. I have been using my new equipment for 3 months now and I am pleased. I highly recommend you use Wonace for all your medical supply and equpment needs. Thank you Grace, and Ola.

Now that I am back home I found that they have a clinic that's closer to where I live, and I have been coming to this location for all my AFO need. In September 2025, I requested an additional insert, making three in total (one for walking shoes, two for my road bike), but only the walking shoe insert was covered by insurance. Despite providing model numbers and asking the technician to reference my previous order, he made a new mold and did not use my records. The new inserts were uncomfortable and didn't fit. After contacting the corporate office, it was confirmed that my original model numbers were on file, and the correct inserts were finally ordered, including a replacement from 2025 which I'm still waiting for. This process left me without proper inserts for almost three months. Recently, I received a bill for $37.14, which wasn't part of my 2025 transaction and may be an error. Today, when I picked up my last inserts, the receptionist could not explain the bill and suggested it might be a scam. Due to these issues, I won't use Hager Clinic again.

Dr. Reyes was kind enough on 8/29/2017 to open his office, run my insurance, handle my x-ray, give me a diagnosis, and put me in a Cam-Walker with a plan to get better. All-in-all it took 3 HOURS. Think about that for a moment. Never in my life have I had such incredible quality of care from a Doctor/Foot Surgeon. I had sprained/cracked a bone in my foot bad in Hurricane Harvey on 8/26/2017 trying to run in a flooded parking lot trying to watch the Mayweather fight. On Monday it was black and blue. I didn't want to go to the emergency room/urgent care - because my copay was 400$ and I would probably see a rookie doctor in residency. I tried going to Gessner/I-10 and no doctors were there on Monday after the storm. I called for 4 hours on Tuesday left messages to all Podiatrists in the area. I had scheduled an appointment in San Antonio and was prepared to drive 3 hours for quality care. My podiatrist I used from 5 years ago I checked his facebook and he got flooded and had to get helicopter rescued. Dr. Reyes answered my call in the afternoon and said he was willing to run my insurance and process me and felt like he wanted to give back during the storm. I still have not received ANY CALLS from the other doctors who I left a message. That is literally like 10 other doctors in the area and this is a month later. After 4 weeks in a Cam Walker he has cleared me for activity and build up back to running. I found him very knowledgeable and will come/recommend him for any foot issues. If you have a hurt foot, sprained ankle, stress fracture, or foot related issues you deserve quality care and to stop by to see Dr. Reyes. He knows what he is talking about. Thank you again Dr. Reyes - I can only imagine going into the emergency room and them wanting to do something stupid not putting me in a Cam Walker or even worse wanting to put screws in my foot from some rookie doctor. I could have been messed up for a long time. I definitely owe you!
