I haven't been to this location in over a year and am guessing it changed ownership since my last visit. I made the appointment in person Saturday for a Sunday session with a friend at their opening time. We were welcomed promptly, offered water, and asked which one of us preferred "deeper" as Leo was stronger than the female masseuse. Everything was very clean, gloves were used for the foot massage. We were offered coupons for our next visit and to refer friends. Their certifications were posted at the front desk. Both of us were very pleased with the service and especially the prices. We both wondered when leaving why we don't make this a monthly occurrence. Worth every penny! This was probably the worst massage I've had and I get them often. I called ahead of time to ensure that they have an availability for me. I drive 30 minutes there, the owner then calls for a masseuse who arrives 35 minutes later. The first part was foot reflexology but the part time masseuse was too soft despite my having asked several times for "stronger." She cut it short by 10 minutes. Took me to the body massage room, left 10 minutes into yet another very soft massage, then the male owner continues the massage me kneading my body very roughly and with no strategic purpose to alleviate my back pain, and leaves about 9 times throughout my session to answer the door, greet customers, receive payment, while I'm lying there waiting to relax. Save your money. Go somewhere else. This place was a pit of anxiety. read more

This place was quite nice, and I would give it five stars, but for onnnne reason.... They're a little tricky with the pricing. I didn't see but one review on here about this place, so I'm going to give you guys the full spill. For starters, my brother told me about a similar place on Veterans before I accidentally stumbled across this one. When I did, I was excited and my feet needed to try them right away after a week in Vegas. Anyhue, I made an appointment for me and a friend to go there, especially since they had a special for $25/hr for a foot message. My friend decided they didn't want the foot massage but the back massage. So, LuLu told us that we could do the special that was 30 minutes for the back massage, and 30 minutes for the foot massage for $45. My mouth fell open because I thought that was a steal of a deal and couldn't believe they would actually DO something like that! Mind you, her English wasn't that great, but I was lured in by her kindness. So we were quickly taken to the back where I was amazed at the setup. Considering this was my first time experiencing anything like this- I didn't know what to expect. But there were large individual leather reclining chairs in a row that had white partitions separating each one to provide a more intimate experience, as well as ample of towels and cushioning for warmth and comfort. It was REALLY similar to a traditional massage therapy spa. There was relaxing classical piano music playing, and very quiet. Also, next to each chair were small tables that contained lotion and sanitizer if needed. At that point, my friend and I were seperated, and a gentleman came to start my foot massage. I did however, notice that another Asian lady came and stood nearby peeking behind the partitioner which was a little weird and questionable. She never said a word, didn't make any noises, didn't assist with anything. My only thought was that it was a protection measure similar to how a nurse is in the doctor's office with the opposite sex. Moving forward, he started massaging my neck and forehead, in which I was shocked. So shocked, I had to ask if this was part of the foot massage because I was still in disbelief about the pricing, in which he said it was. After quite some time passed, he proceeded to work on my feet that had been soaking in warm water. At this point, I started feeling like I knoooow this is past 30 minutes, and my friend hadn't come out either. But yet, everything felt soooo relaxing! I inquired to the masseuse about the types of massages they offered, and he told me all types, deep, Swedish, etc. He asked me if I wanted to try it that day, and I said "No." But he later asked me if I wanted to him to throw in a back massage for the last ten minutes, and I couldn't resist. At that point, I went in to a more traditional setting to get the back massage, and it was quite nice as well. Finally, my friend and I were done with our massages, and the final test was a hand. They gave us water, and then I asked Ms. LuLu what was the damage. She paused, and with an indecisive response stated, "$75?" Why the question mark LuLu?! I know, because THAT'S-NOT-WHAT-YOU-TOLD-ME. But, I'm a fair person, I enjoyed the experience. They were professional and courteous overall, which goes A LOT further than anything else. Plus, the environment was soothing and tidy. Despite the "pricing", I even tipped well because in all honesty- I'll probably be back. It's convenient, it's close, and where else can you get such a deal? Not to mention, my friend didn't just get a regular massage, oh no. It was the Ashiatsu therapy where they use their feet and bars for balance. I haven't even had that yet! I give the 1 star for there setup and how relaxed it seems to be. I went here as a surprise from a friend and i was excited. I have never been to a foot massage place. This place made me never want to go to another one. The chairs are hard and there customer service is horrible. There was no one else, customer wise here. We sat for 10 mins before i asked someone for help. Then we waited for another 15 mins before they brought a bucket with warm water out. Then you hear them talking in the back another 5 mins. I was extremely sore from a workout the previous day. I went in and ask to use the restroom first. I always check the restroom. If the restroom is dirty I'm out of there. Also sitting down for 40 minutes rubbing my feet when not paying attention to the rest of my body far as my calf, head and everything else I paid for. They were making up stuff as they go along. Just had one of the worst massages I've ever had. It was my first time trying this place. I came with my partner, we both chose the $25/60mins foot. We were taken back and placed in chairs. I give them one star because there place appeared clean and was dimly lit. My partner's massage started first by a male by the name of David. He was very attentive to her and constantly inquired about her comfort. My masseuse was a lady who spoke more English than David and was curt but pleasant enough. She rushed her massage on me to catch up with my partner's massage that had about 5 minutes before mine. The most irritating part is when she got to my feet SHE WORE GLOVES!!! When I inquired about the gloves she started that her left middle finger was "hurting". Being a nurse I knew that was bullshit. I looked over and David was massaging my wife's feet without gloves. The foot massage I received with gloved have was horrible and the back massage was even worse. She was rough, she pushed on my body and back instead of gently massaging. Never once inquired about my comfort level. Asked me personal questions about my marital status and number of kids and even referred to me as "baby". She had no "flow" or technique to the way she gave the massage. She just moved around the table literally pushing on various body parts. The best part is when we were about to leave we had $25 in cash to tip. I told my wife to give her guy the $15 because he had earned it - she was more than pleased with her massage. I gave the lady that did my massage $10 - which was $10 more than she deserved if you asked me and she mumbled something in Mandarin to David with a very swift and condescending tone. I am a nurse who has been getting massages for over 8 years to help with the lower back and foot pain we get from standing long hours. This one was no good AT ALL! David was great according to my wife so if you find yourself at this place then ask for him. Now I'm currently across the street at another reflexology business that has stellar YELP reviews. I've been to one other foot reflexology in Bellaire, and comparing it to that, it's ok. I had the $25 foot massage, and they basically did my whole body. They have you soak your feet in warm water. There was a tea bag in there, I'm not sure what kind it was though. The massage was nice. They start from head then work their way down to the feet. After that, they massage your back for maybe 10-15 min. I think the only negative comment would be that it was a bit chilly inside, and instead of a blanket, they covered my body and face with a towel. The chair was nice, but not that comfortable to me. Overall, it was nice, but I would rather drive to Bellaire. read more

I'd like to start out by saying that the skill of the massage was pretty good. However, the woman giving the massage was completely unprofessional. My partner and I went just for a $25 foot massage but upgraded to the foot/back combo. After my foot massage was complete she asked me to follow her into the private room. She then told me to get completely undressed and get on the table. After I got undressed and covered myself with a towel she returned. The first thing she did was grab the towel and threw it off the bed. She then grabbed my butt cheek and said "So handsome!" At that point I was so tense that I couldn't relax. She left me uncovered for the duration of the massage and proceeded to talk the entire time. Asking me if I liked boys or girls, if I had ever been with a girl, and if I was the "boy" or "girl" in my gay relationship. Then she asked me to turn over. I did so while trying to cover myself with my hand and grabbing for the towel. Before I could grab the towel she tapped my hand and said "Why so shy?" Then she threw a towel over me and finished the massage. On her way out she grabbed my face and said "See you next time my handsome boy." As we paid in the lobby she ASKED me for a $10 tip for each of them! I will not return and will be looking for someone to report this to. read more

Let me say 1st that it's been a year since my husband and I been here and then it was a great experience. This time was NOT so great. So 1st of all after my foot, head, and neck massage; which was great. I was moved to the full body massage room where the same lady that did my foot, head and neck started my full body; but not even half way in she left and a man came in, after I told her I prefer her (lady) because last time he was a little rough and hard. I did not say anything at the time because I did not want to cause a scene. Well, as we were leaving; I tipped the girl that started on me; then went to the desk to pay and meet my husband b/c he was done. They had the nerve to ask us to TIP EACH OF THEM $10! I made an appointment for 5 people a week in advance. They even called and confirmed the appointment with me. We arrived 5 minutes early and were taken to the back where they only had 6 chairs with 2 people clearly just sat down. They therefore only had 4 chairs for our 5 person group. They sat down 2 of our group and acted like they were looking for another chair. Eventually they took our whole group to the front and told us we had to go to a different location that was 20 minutes away and they would take us in 45 minutes. My wife and I have had several foot massage/reflexology there and it is a steal of a deal for $25. Never really timed it but they have always taken us to a coventional massage room for a short back rub after your foot rub that has always been included for the same price. Like FL said they do a combo foot and back 30 min each, I have yet to do this though. My wife did buy me a gift cert. for just a 1 hour massage and again like FL said the lady used bars attached to ceiling massage my back with her feet. Never had that done anywhere. NEVER AGAIN! I told the man LIGHT ON CALVES AND FEET. That I was sore and cant handle alot of pressure, freaking language barrier was a problem also! The man would lighten up when i said to much but few mins later he went back to digging in my feet and lost my shit! didnt finish all of the full hour, Id have enough. I was in so much pain all night and the next day I could barely walk.
