The two Latina women working 10/19 On a Sunday were the rudest people ever. They acted like me needing help or trying on a size was an inconvenience to them. When I asked the only man who was working there to get me a size he was as nice as could be and answered my questions. The women who checked me out was wearing see through short/leggings. So trashy. Disgusting even. The other Latino woman who was on the floor came up to the check out and whispered something, and then they both proceeded to look at me like I was a problem. Will not be giving my service again. People who work minimum wage jobs and treat people, especially white Americans like trash, will not get my respect. There's a reason they are working there. Terrible service, from women who think they are better than everyone. Reality check, you work at foot locker..... just do your job and be nice. Not suprised at all honestly. read more

terrible customer service. Vanessa, the manager would not help me without receipt. Had me call their 1800# only to then find and print out my receipt. Avoid this place. read more

The service was horrible. Two women at the front extremely rude and not helpful at all. I sat in there for 45 minutes and seen 10 people get a shoe before me. Never coming here again read more

I'm really not typically a foot locker fan, but this store was really a pretty nice place to shop all in all. Kind of a different layout than what you're used to ... kind of an L shaped store on a corner heading into Third Street Promenade. The store is divided up nicely between men's and women's (small section of children's available as well). What I liked about this store is that had some So Cal specific branded apparel from Nike and other brands that you can't find in Bama. Prices were really good, same as what you would expect to pay online. They were our first stop of the day at the Promenade, so we didn't buy anything. That may have been a mistake, we didn't get back until after their closing time so I wasn't able to get the one shirt they had that I really liked. I guess that's what online shopping is made for though. Really good store location. Exceptionally clean and organized. Highly recommend if you like brands like Nike, Adidas, etc (also they had some other brands I hadn't heard of - maybe more of a local thing). Check them out! read more

See all

Honestly, one of the best FL branches I've ever visited! All the sales associates are super friendly and helpful! I came in for a pair of On's Cloudmonsters but unfortunately they're not available in store, but one of the SA, Alex was able to help me order them to ship to my place. The process was easy and quick! I'd definitely go back to the store to buy more shoes read more

This is about the web site not this store. But I couldn't find a corporate Yelp review page. I ordered shoes online using Apple Pay. You cancelled my order because you say for an anomaly. Idiots. Apple Pay is verified. The cards on Apple Pay have all been checked out. I use Apple Pay all the time. It's just your web site is run by morons. Then you tel me my card hasn't been charged. But it has. It shows on my card. Complete stupidity. If you're going to order online don't goto foot lockers web site, it doesn't work. Go to foot action or another sneaker company. Save your self the frustration of having to watch pending transactions fall off and not get completed because you can't trust stupidity like this read more

The worst customer experience I've ever had. I never post on yelp, especially not to dog a business, they need all the help that they can get but I'm so pissed, I had to do something! I waited close to 30 minutes for a salesperson to return with the shoes I requested. When I finally saw him again and asked where the shoes were, he said they didn't have my size, if I hadn't flagged him down, would he ever have returned to tell me they were out?? So I said, it would have been nice if he came and told me they didn't have the shoes, to which he replied, "you don't have to get smart with me"! Like, what?? I've been sitting here all this time, with 2 little kids btw, and you can't even walk over here and tell me the shoes aren't available, then make me feel bad?? The manager, rest of employees watching this guy mouth off to me, no apology, nothing. If they go out of business, and they prolly will, because their customer service is the literal worst, they will not be missed. Bye bye Foot Locker read more

This store the best footlocker in west Los Angeles. All the employees are super friendly, reach out to assist you, and know what they are doing. Special shoutout to Cameron and Haylie who got me some nice shoes recently. Also Anthony helped me grab some rocking kicks a while back. 10/10 store read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would the employees here are absolutely rude I called about my shoes and the first little girl hung up and the second one had an attitude when I called to ask when they came in since I didn't get a tracking number because the employee didn't put my correct email down. So as I'm speaking to her the girl hangs up. I've worked retail before and understand things get a bit rough, but these kid's genuinely don't give a shit about customer service or doing their job at a high level. read more

Customer service suck!!! Very inefficient and unreliable, poor service. This job doesn't need masters degree to at least make it average! read more

Carlos is the man! He helped my find a specific shoe. Wonderful customer service and patient. Will return to this location 100%

Visited Footlocker last night and the service I have to say was diabolical, I asked for a certain size slider and the assistant went off and never came back. After around 15 minuets my son found the assistant and he shrugged his shoulders and said oh we didn't have that size. Poor service. read more

I wanted some new shoes and this is prob the best place to do so! the workers were amazing

This is for Footlocker Corporation not this store. I will NO LONGER do business with Footlocker. I bought shoes online which were to big so I took them to the store to exchange size 6.5 shoes to a size 5 youth which were cheaper but I was told by customer service that Footlocker does not price match their website. How STUPID is that!! It's the same store. read more

Wouldn't accept my veteran's ID to purchased a shoe at this location. Lady at the counter is rude and had no customer service at all. Recommend shopping somewhere else. read more

Th guy helping me was really helpful, nice and informative. Only problem is its The Promenade on a Saturday and they were definitely understaffed. Super helpful and not pushy. You know. In that you buy something from Express and you have to turn down their store card for 4 minutes. B*tch leave me alone!!! Though it might have been bc they were so rushed due to being understaffed. Thanks! read more

Ordered shoes from another store. Order could not be for-filled as could not deliver to PO Box, after being told at sale that footlocker could deliver to PO Box. No pc or email telling me that delivery to PO could not contact complemented. So pushed back my bd gift for my squeeze a few days. Not the smoothest transaction and staff not aware of store policy too well in Santa Monica promenade store. read more

Yeezy pickup: Stupid process where you go to one line to check in and then they tell you to go to another line to purchase your merchandise only to find out you were standing in the wrong line. Advice to footlocker: put up a sign for raffle pick up. Duh!!! read more

They had the only size and color way I wanted. Called them and asked them to hold a size for a shoe I wanted. Arrived and still got the 10$ off survey offer which I had a few weeks ago when I copped a pair in NY while visiting. Sales people were welcome and cool. read more

Friday night was pretty dead as far as staffing. Browsed the women's area for some running shoes and there were about three others browsing. Knew what I wanted just needed my size but no staff member in sight. Convenient location but I rather go to the location at the grove. A staff member is stationed in every area and approach you to see if you need help. read more

Unhelpful, nasty, their people should not be working in retail. I had my bag stolen while I put my coat on in their store. They have the chode on tape stealing my bag, they refused to let me see the tape, they refused to let the SMPD see the tape, they refused to take a photo of the tape with my phone so I could take report the crime. The simple store worker suddenly became the manager when I demanded her supervisor. Incompetent does not even begin to describe this group of people. read more

I love this place, the help is great , the people are fantastic, and they always have what I anwt in my size or they get it for me... Thanks Foot Locker !! Especially the " sisters" there so sweet ! read more

Maybe it was a bad day for the lady in charge of the store but yesterday I tried to buy 2 pairs of shoes for my daughter in the footlocker store but that nice lady refused to help us... I politely request help for the size and she told me she had other thing to do (okayyyyyyy where are we). Finally she arrived after 5 minutes. I asked for a size : we don't have ! I asked for another pair : we don't have. Okkkkkk..... So what do you have ? Sir, if you don't know what you want I come back when you are decided! ( we were alone in the store !)... Ok... We left and find wonderful people to help us at Nike store ! read more

I came in here with my kids to purchase school clothes and I couldn't believe the service they provided. I had to wait outside the back room to get a shoe and when we needed another size I couldn't find anyone to help us. After waiting over 20-30 min we decided to buy shoes at the Nike store instead. read more

I got some shoes for my son online as a gift from footlocker.com. When he tried them on they were too small. No problem right? They have a fit guarantee. And their website clearly states in their return policy "Take the item(s) you would like to return to any of our stores nationwide." So I went to this Foot Locker. I was "helped" by someone behind the register that seemed too busy looking at some piece of paper to even bother with me, with a prompt / rude we do not do online returns and that I'd need to go to Culver City. Umm the website clearly states "any of our stores nationwide". Long story short either their website is wrong or this guy was just so rude that he didn't to be bothered to actually help a customer. Makes me want to just not even shop at foot locker retail or online. What a waste of a trip. read more

If I could give this store negative stars, I would. EVERY negative comment said here is accurate and should be taken very seriously. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different location that actually employs competent people who are capable of doing their job. The managers of this location were unable to solve a very rudimentary issue regarding the loss of a package that was their fault. I was simply told there was nothing that they could do for me and that I was out over $110.00. I went to a neighboring Footlocker location to inquire about the same issue and they not only were able to help find my package, but they also refunded me part of the cost due to the shoes having dropped in price. read more

I went in yesterday to return a pair of shoes that turned out to be uncomfortable. The store clerk said that he'll take care of it, so I left. Checking today, however, I see that no chargebacks have appeared. I went in and asked about what happened, and was told that they have no record of the return. The clerk was not helpful at all, saying that she couldn't help me unless she knew the exact brand of the shoes I bought, which I no longer had since I returned the receipt along with the shoes. To conclude, Foot Locker employees are not helpful, and as it stands they basically stole my shoes. read more

Worst shopping experience ever!! It took long time to get the shoes of your size and then you have to wait in the line to pay. When you finally get to the cashier, they just took away the shoes and said they couldn't sell the shoes because they're not released yet. WHAT? They gave you the shoes to try on and they said they couldn't sell them? What a huge waste of time! It's their fault to give me the unreleased shoes and they didn't even apologize! read more

I wish I could give a five start review to this store but since my experience with the cashier was really awful I can not give the store more than 2 stars. The lady who was helping us on the floor was really nice and the manager also was very respectful. The cashier was extremely rude. I will never go back to this store to shop. read more
