If I could leave 0 stars I would the employees here are absolutely rude I called about my shoes and the first little girl hung up and the second one had an attitude when I called to ask when they came in since I didn't get a tracking number because the employee didn't put my correct email down. So as I'm speaking to her the girl hangs up. I've worked retail before and understand things get a bit rough, but these kid's genuinely don't give a shit about customer service or doing their job at a high level. read more

Visited Footlocker last night and the service I have to say was diabolical, I asked for a certain size slider and the assistant went off and never came back. Friday night was pretty dead as far as staffing. Browsed the women's area for some running shoes and there were about three others browsing. Knew what I wanted just needed my size but no staff member in sight. Convenient location but I rather go to the location at the grove. A staff member is stationed in every area and approach you to see if you need help. read more

Unhelpful, nasty, their people should not be working in retail. I had my bag stolen while I put my coat on in their store. They have the chode on tape stealing my bag, they refused to let me see the tape, they refused to let the SMPD see the tape, they refused to take a photo of the tape with my phone so I could take report the crime. Maybe it was a bad day for the lady in charge of the store but yesterday I tried to buy 2 pairs of shoes for my daughter in the footlocker store but that nice lady refused to help us... I politely request help for the size and she told me she had other thing to do (okayyyyyyy where are we). Finally she arrived after 5 minutes. I asked for a size : we don't have ! I came in here with my kids to purchase school clothes and I couldn't believe the service they provided. I had to wait outside the back room to get a shoe and when we needed another size I couldn't find anyone to help us. I got some shoes for my son online as a gift from footlocker.com. When he tried them on they were too small. No problem right? They have a fit guarantee. And their website clearly states in their return policy "Take the item(s) you would like to return to any of our stores nationwide." So I went to this Foot Locker. I was "helped" by someone behind the register that seemed too busy looking at some piece of paper to even bother with me, with a prompt / rude we do not do online returns and that I'd need to go to Culver City. Umm the website clearly states "any of our stores nationwide". Long story short either their website is wrong or this guy was just so rude that he didn't to be bothered to actually help a customer. Makes me want to just not even shop at foot locker retail or online. What a waste of a trip. read more

If I could give this store negative stars, I would. EVERY negative comment said here is accurate and should be taken very seriously. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different location that actually employs competent people who are capable of doing their job. The managers of this location were unable to solve a very rudimentary issue regarding the loss of a package that was their fault. I was simply told there was nothing that they could do for me and that I was out over $110.00. I went to a neighboring Footlocker location to inquire about the same issue and they not only were able to help find my package, but they also refunded me part of the cost due to the shoes having dropped in price. read more

I went in yesterday to return a pair of shoes that turned out to be uncomfortable. The store clerk said that he'll take care of it, so I left. Checking today, however, I see that no chargebacks have appeared. I went in and asked about what happened, and was told that they have no record of the return. The clerk was not helpful at all, saying that she couldn't help me unless she knew the exact brand of the shoes I bought, which I no longer had since I returned the receipt along with the shoes. Worst shopping experience ever!! It took long time to get the shoes of your size and then you have to wait in the line to pay. When you finally get to the cashier, they just took away the shoes and said they couldn't sell the shoes because they're not released yet. WHAT? So this place is huge. Multi levels. They have a huge selection of shoes. They are a bit expensive. The staff was courteous and available. This is in a prime location which is great. I believe it is the flagship store... Very impressed. read more
