If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service at the Muskegon Footlocker is ALWAYS rude, unfriendly and not knowledgeable. The last visit was it for our family, we will never go to the Muskegon location again. It is not Footlocker that is the issue it is the staff at this location. You always have to go to the employees (who are usually hanging out at the cash register goofing off) to ask for help. There is NO customer service and heaven forbid if you ask for help. The last visit I had to ask the employee to measure my son's foot twice. She was very rude through the whole process. She said he is a size 8, however when we came in his shoe size was a 10 1/2. We were there because he needed a bigger size than he current was wearing. So how did his foot shrink more than 2 sizes?? I pointed this out to her, and she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I swear every employee at this location acts like they are drugged out, its nasty and uncomfortable. The other issue is the music. I am frustrated and disgusted with the words that are blaring in this store. My kids are with me and there are songs talking about girls' parts and drugs. The CEO of Footlocker needs to make a visit to this location and make major changes. These employees are making a horrible name for Footlocker.
When I visit other Footlocker locations, I do not have these issues. I love that Footlocker offers Military discount to our family as well. read more
