I overheard two customers expressing their surprise and unhappiness. I wanted to try on a pair of pants at 8:40 PM and was told the dressing rooms closed at 8:00 PM. Totally ridiculous! I dropped the pants and immediately left! This used to be one of the best clothing stores in Lynchburg. AMAZING EMPLOYEES I…read morewas visiting spencers earlier this week, and there was a group of college students that came in and causing problems. They began using the s-x toys on each other in store leading to being kicked out. The store employees were wonderful in handling this and making sure that these idiots left other customers alone, and when they began to get physical the employees kept them from doing anything more than yelling. (Mall security kicked them out shortly after). Props to everyone involved, and props for professionalism
